We visited Care Hospitals Banjara Hills on February. Because my Grandfather V.Dasharth had bypass surgery for 3rd time , Dr.GRS sir, Prasad sir very cooperate and gave good advice.They were best doctors ,equipments for surgery ,and Sister Rama also to gave good advice and support. I am very happy and thankful for all the doctors who have taken care for saving my grandfather's life ,Thank you Care Hospitals 🏥 ❤️

Good and experienced doctors in nephrology Dept. Patient friendly and experienced dialysis technicians. Experienced nursing staff. All housekeeping staff keeps dialysis premises very neat and hygiene. Pharmacy staff provide max discounts on medicines to dialysis patients. Billing person is very experienced and makes all billing process very smooth. Over all good hospitality and good treatment by doctors.

We admitted in care Banjarahills due to Dengue Fever. Single Room - 415.

3. Ontime medication without disturbing attender.

My over all experience was excellent . Each and every staff of care very helpful . Nursing services and F&B services are very good. One Floor executive sanhitha (Like family members) she is so much cooperative and efficient which is very impressive. she wonderfully handled each and every matter so nicely. Really her communication was very good and clear. I am spell bound with her efficiency.

Food served to the patient with diet restrictions has to be worked upon.
Waiting room cleanliness can be improved
Financial staffs customer centric attitude can be worked upon
