The doctor is very cool but spects are very costly. They are charging almost double the price in the market. The salesman is very rude to the customers. Don't buy spects here.

డాక్టర్ గారు చాలా మంచిగా చూస్తారు. కానీ అక్కడ కళ్ళజోళ్ళు కొనవద్దు రేట్లు అమితంగా చెప్తారు బయట మార్కెట్లో చూస్తే రేట్లు రెండింతలుగాఉంటుంది.

I know it's lengthy but please do have a look at it to be informed of my experience..
I never had such a worst experience in last 10 years since when I am using spects.. though eye checkup can be rated average But experience at spects shop is worst..
I gave my an year old frames to fix new glasses for an amount which is 1.5-2 times the market rate.. And the result is shape of my old frames itself changed while returning ..(the only reason why I prefer old frames Bcz of its look)..
When I questioned the same.. They said this is the only way to make frames correct (heating the frame that it's look itself changed drastically)
When I have asked why didn't they inform of this prior to placement of order.. The staff was very rude and didn't even respond properly.
No other option left, I paid the balance amount and left with reformed spects..
Only thing running in my mind and what I said to staff was.. If at all they have given the hint of reforming my frames.. I may have preferred new frame.. Atleast the amount I spent wouldn't be wasteful..(I don't think I can use the reformed frames for long)
Hope I never get a chance to visit to visit the place again..
