Senior Doc for gastro problems. Well maintained hospital. Parking place is available.

The treatment was fine. But the attitude towards the patients and their relatives by the staff is poor.

They switch off the lift and expect people who are assisting the patients to climb the stairs three floors high. When asked they say that the lift is just for the patients.

Don't go and admit in narayana hospital.
They are for money not for proper treatment.
He doesn't know anything ultimately takes some time and finally send them to corporate hospital. If he doesn't know he should have informed them in advance.Because of money spend some days and charge money whatever they want..Shame on this.
They are cheating escepically poor people.
Don't do that they will come to you with lot of Hopes.. plese think once before join..

Money minded doctor and staff and bad on treatment and irresponsible behaviour. Recently I have taken my uncle to this hospital and faced lot of problems in treatment.
Previously I have taken to hospital they have diagnosis all check ups and then same day I have taken to settypalli Nageswarrao it means narayana hospital they diagnosed again and I asked the nurse I have taken that reports 3 hours back you can treat on that reports. They said we have perfect diagnosis all are fake. Doctor knows everything that my uncle have hernia and want to operate but doctor checked all and kept my uncle in ICU for two days and they collect 53000 and transferred to Sri harsha doctor in arogya hospital.
In Narayana hospital all staff didn’t say nothing and they charge separate for oxygen.

These receptionist Mahesh doesn't knw how to behave with patients and again he starts scolding people... They think it is government hospital or something.... Firstly treat ur employees how to behave with patients then treat patients

The nursing staff here is very bad .. I took my wife twice to this hospital and the way they treat patients is very rude.. Their attitude and behaviour towards the patient is not proper.. They make you wait for hours and the nursing staff is not even bothered to send the patient in according to the numbers.. Alot of partiality has been shown towards the patient and i don't understand every is not treated in the same way.. I would not recommend to visit this hospital..

Very bad in terms of time management. Patients have to wait hours together to get the medication. Scanning is not available so need to get it done from outside. Staff has no clue what they are doing. No proper information will be given to you. “Hospital staff will tell you that patients from past 3 days are still waiting in line so you also should wait”. If your new to This hospital, I would not recommend.

Not once, twice I had bad experience with this money minded doctor. Please don’t go behind fame, look for humanity as worse management, he don’t even get to see a patient.
He plays with critical cases and demand money. He have been treating my father from quite long time still when we took him in critical condition he denied my father’s admission in the midnight as he thinks we can’t pay as he can loot and suggested to take him to Mamatha or NIMS. Really no ethics or humanity. I really don’t recommend to go here unless you have no other option left in Khammam.
