Very poor money minded people. Dr Kandasamy Kumar (Gastro Entrologist) who was working for Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital treated our patient in this hospital. He prescribed unwanted laparoscopic surgery to our patient. We wanted to go to Coimbatore for further treatment. They didn't discharge as peacefully. They made us to wait for a whole day without treating the patient. They were not ready to give us Discharge Summary and other medical reports of the patient. We had to argue for 30 minutes and had to wait at the doorsteps of Hospital Manager's room for about 2 hours to get proper Discharge Summary and medical reports. Hospital Manager spoke to us very rudely and didn't behave responsively. I am giving one star because I am not able to give zero.

My Sister from Ahmedabad came to her Native (Kovilpatti). Here we have visited various hospitals in local but it went in vain.. We were not satisfied with the service offered in Kovilpatti Hospitals.. Then we visited Lakshmi Hospitals, Dr. Meena mam, she gives utmost care to every patient.. Very down to the earth and caring. She understands our concern very patiently and give apt responses.
The Staff is Very Kind and Helpful.. The Premises is well maintained and hygienic..

Yesterday before the Sun Rise, my sister was blessed with a Baby Girl and the delivery was done by the Doctor herself..
Normal delivery as the name suggests is not that Normal, Still under the surveillance of Dr. Meena Mam she justified the word NORMAL.. 😊

I had done my wife delivery a year ago. But, it is one of the worst hospital never done any treatment. Initially we went as normal checkup and doctor suggested admit the hospital due to low pressure. Then we admitted to reduce the pressure but, it was not piece ful in the labour ward. The staff itself, continuously disturbing the patient due to their chat conversation. Next, they force to C-section instead of normal delivery. Then, since we requested can we have painless (epidural) injection to make it normal delivery. And the final in the billing section, during the admission they said can be claim as per my company policy. After delivery discharge, they denied to go with insurance policy claim. They said, I have to pay complete with my own. I didn't mentioned many things here, so before go to this hospital pls think about the treatment and Hospitality.

Worst experience, staffs r not giving respect nd proper response even for other hospital doctors , then imagine the situation of a patient ...

Worst ever hospital I've ever visited. One of the big hospital in location. No doctors available. Only nurses treating the patients without any seriousness. Nurses laughing each other when treating patients which gives worst impression and low confidence to them. Patients are coming by belief but the hospital kills it. Unfortunately I'm supposed to visit 2 times and both the times complete dissatisfaction.
Pls do not visit here is you really to have good medication.

Wantly suggest to admit and prefer C section even though i don't have any pressure and sugar

Best experienced Doctors, no doubt in that. But, Need improvement in the behavior with patients, especially in the reception. Money minded management shows their face during discharge.

Hospital facilities was too good then doctors are very kind heartened persons nurses also ver friendly but medical staffs work was very irritated because she's always late
