My husband had an Aortic valve replacement surgery there.Dr.BRJ Kannan identified and Dr.Babu...cardiac thoracic surgeon.Dr.Babu and his team wonderfully did the Surgery.Hats of to their total team.God bless you all 🙏🙏

Be aware of insurance card, if you agree to pay with insurance card they will charge 3 to 4 times of actual bill for example if u go for cash treatment you bill will be 10k and if u go with insurance card and your bill will be around 60k and they will ask you to pay some amount from pharmacy. Nurses are useless they don’t know anything if u ask anything they will reply doctor need to see this. Better avoid this hospital.

My mother got admitted here.. Treatment wise great .when she got attack 4 month back Dr. Sasinthar and team done great job and now also he proactively advise us to clear the rest blocks.. Big thanks for that because of him only my mom is alive..

Reason for giving three starts to improve their administration activities... This is really pathetic they are trying to help attenders but failed with certain process not in place.

*Waited for 3hrs to get admission with proper bed
*Helper did body shaming to my mother when shifting to bed.
*Reception team coordinating with claims team is very pathetic. They don't have basic knowledge about claims and when we ask some queries they are not able to connect through lan number (since phone wire has loose connection)and they asked me to visit claims team directly, then what is the use of having telephone.. I made my mom to wait outside and keep roaming here and there. .
*Twin sharing rooms are not sufficient for two patients easily each other will get infected.

Reason for sharing this feedback ,doctors and most of the staffs are too good but certain process they need to concentrate more for benefits for patients and hospital. When my mom life is saved these are not big deal for me but expecting management to rectify these pblm so others will not face issues in future

Number one money eater ,least bother about the patient ,money is the only motive not the life ,collected excess payments for treatment later checked the bill and raised a question they said it’s a error and we will refund you immediately,it’s been more than 8 days still a useless employee who says he is the senior customer care manager doesn't have any knowledge and everyday saying excuses accounts person holiday ,accounts person not feeling well ,account person went for emergency,is really VADAMALAYAN hospital running their show with only one accounts person ? Totally scam ,try avoiding .
