Apollo Hospitals

In this hospital centralised air-conditioned system is very poor not like other Apollo hospitals. We have to wonder whether it is working or not. Mother's feeding room is also not properly maintained. There also we can't feel ac. Many cash counters to be opened in pharmacy bcoz there is always queue. There is no tissue paper in toilets. In short maintenance department is very poor. Valet parking facility is superb. Dr.Pushpa's approach is commendable.

Admitted to cure AVNRT problem. Doctor & Nurses care at CCU, Recovery unit & Private rooms are excellent. Room service incharge Mr.Sherif & his team Milan presented a gift while discharge. Food & Beverages delivered hot by Jayalakshmi, nithish Kumar & saniiya on time with extra care. Hospital ambience is far better than greams road branch.

We have admitted our Mother at Apollo hospitals (vanagaram).
Team nursing, housekeeping, ip secretaries, Ip pharmacy and team guest relations did a good job.. Thanks to the doctors for taking good care of my Mom..
The day my mom is admitted on a wedding day , We are so glared to say we felt home by celebrate with cutting cake and received a gift too from apollo team,
Team went a step aged and took them fr prayers 🙏 with complete care.
Rooms are soo neet and tidy every process was so smooth. She getting recovery thanks for apollo, highly recommend for anyone wanted treatment with good care.

Must say, Doctor Darwin's kind nature and way of explaining is definitely commendable. Nursing staff are excellent and very kind. They have been approachable every time and provided excellent patient care. Housekeeping and support teams are good.

Suggestion:

F&B - Must ensure availability of food for visitors. They said dinner is over by 7.30PM itself. Hospital is located little far from main area and no good hotels nearby. Quality of milk definitely needs to improve, it is too thin.

Worst food and bed

I have been sometimes here. But this time it's not upto mark.

But treatment and hygiene stands out superb.. That's why apollo is great...

Like earlier food and infra to be improved...

Good hospitality and timely consultation. Everything is done orderly and the cafeteria services are good. Dr. Jayshree Krishnan was very professional in diagnosis and i had an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend you consult her when you come here.

Doctor or Nurses very good very helpful and Dr Ghosh is my God Father and physiotherapist Dana Raj and Venkatesh is also very good his work is very effectively. Pushpendra Kumar, from food department he is very good person and his service is very good and very friendly nature..all is very good

Room no 7528 admitted under Dr Gosh over all good treatment and we are very happy with the hospitality and service made by all specifically by all the nurses who were polite and good in servicing the patient
