Was able to consult the doctor quickly without any trouble but, after leaving the casuality an old nurse came and asked for 150 rs as consultation fees. Something didn't seem right to pay the amount. Also, they did not provide a receipt at the pharmacy.

One of the worst Physician ever I have ever seen he doesnot know anything about psychology .He thinks he is a god,doesn't know how to treat a patient.He won't tell anything about medication & it's uses.He simply write prescriptions for money Sake.

Today Morning Ortho Doctor Appointment Booking through Call .
Reception & Ortho Nurse - Give one Token 2 hours Waiting then i Ask to Nurse Saying Token 18 Wait , but i already booked on call , she is told go to ask reception . Then i goto Complaint . I Really Disappointed . Please educate & how to Speak to People .

Very very bad experience.....Though I'm a paramedical staff, I have never seen such a doctor and hospital. This hospital doesnt hava a endocrainologist, but if you ask for an appointment with an endocrainologist or Thyroid specialist, they will give you an appointment. There is a doctor there but he is called an internal medicine specialist, He neither sees the patient properly nor gives proper treatment, it seems that this hospital is cheating patients. Pls don't be fooled. See a good doctor and hospital and take proper treatment.🙏

Do improve the token system. This is completely waste of time to wait for a nurse only to issue token. This could be handled at the reception in a effective method and it save time of others too.

Visited this hospital for cold and cough and i was directed to casualty room.
The doctor in casualty room doesn't look like a trained professional. I doubt whether he is a doctor first of all

Nurse gave paracetamol injection and the scariest part starts here .. after giving injection she tried to close the syringe with the plastic cap before throwing into dustbin. Unfortunately the needle pierced her finger 🙄 and blood came. And casually she said this is the second time it's happening like this in this week 😳 . This could lead to life threatening issue for the nurse . If this is the level of carelessness they do , imagine getting treated in this hospital

Our family hospital. Best Doctors and transparency in treatment maintained. You can feel the empathy in Doctors and Nurses. Dr. Baba, Dr. Revathi Baba, Dr. Paranthaman, Dr. Bharathi, are gem personalities to name a few. All the Duty Doctors are excellent. Nurses do their duty par excellence.

Recently admitted my son who had severe fever and cold and during wee of that night he was unable to breath and the condition was very worsen and i had no option but to take hospital and got admitted with the hospital in the same day and the entire procedure for treatment was absolutely fine and with in a spane of four hours my son recovered and became normal and the charges and doctors fees was very nominal and my son recovered at the earliest and was fine... thanks very much for the doctors who attended during such critical situation and saved my son which I will never forget during my lifetime hats off to Dr. Rabindran health care centre.....
