Only in this hospital if there is power drop they will not use generator until till any patients ask them to switch on generator and they are asking to accept generator charges for the whole hospital

I came to this hospital by a Doctor reference for my child's photo therapy, during therapy section power was down and i was waiting for power for around 30 minutes and it didn't come, when asked them about when will power be back they said in few minutes and when I asked any backup power option for therapy they said we power up generator and switch it on, I said then do it immediately, they asked me to pay for generator charges, as we here for photo therapy I asked them to power up the generator. After that i asked" What about power to rest of the hospital are they using the generator power for which I am going to pay". They said " All rooms as ups fan and light support, but for other appliances like water doctor, ac, tv, Plugpoint will on only with generator power". So it's like who ask first they have to pay for whole hospital. Best experience everw
