Doctor came late more than one hour and see the patients in very hurry condition. Doctor have no patience to listen what I am saying. Staff behavior also not good, no patience. Staffs are getting angry with the people.

There is no response from receptionist giving fake information, doctor are not coming on time, too bad they all working for money not for service oriented, almost I waited for 3 hours to see the doctor. Feedback not all taken in this hospital very poor

Very very poor services there is rule for slippers not allowed only outpatient and visitor. Others like hospital staff medical coordinator including doctors are wear slippers. So where is hygiene? They not accept cards for payment only cash And if ur not ask they will not give bill also.
This hospital only money motives he will treat everyone not only children..then why he mentioned DCH?. I went. 2 times waiting long time in hall they will not switch on fan also.
This room have air condition but fans and Aac both off conditions

Kumaran is not at all qualified to treat infants and Pregnant ladies.Shocked to see how he and his wife are practising. He and his wife treating pregnant ladies with no proper qualifications is bizarre. Please be informed before visiting this hospital. Not at all recommended. Kumaran the so called dr is very much money minded. Such a shame he is using ingnorance of the needed people. Please, the responsible person look into this hospital and check these people are not gynaecologist or qualified to treat infants. They are General medicine drs.
