Building is newly built. The doctor is good. The main disadvantage is it is located in a very busy road. I wonder how they manage at the peak hours. Reception is congested. There is canteen also in the basement. Lift facility is available.

House keeping akka's hospitality was very much appreciated. And while nurses raise medicines to the pharmacy, they miss out the exact quantity and the care taker needs to run again to collect the rest.

Fantastic doctors and great nursing care. It will the serve the hospital well to have more billing counters in the pharmacy. The wait for medication is ridiculously long.

Clean Hospital and good doctors but waiting time is 3 to 4 hours . Management needs to focus on improving the waiting time to meet the doctors. Old people have to wait for 4 hours to meet the doctor which is pathetic.

Although the doctors are ok their pharmacy people annoyed me much. They are always careless. If it takes 2 hours to consult the doctor it will definitely take another 2 hours to get your medicines from the pharmacy. Although there are enough staff strength in pharmacy i wonder why they are negligent in service.
In patient nurses are is distress-Always in a state of confusion. They failed to rise medicine request in the system and made us to visit the intensely irritating pharmacy multiple times. Could witness disorientation of work allotted by the management.
Reception nurses are okay.
Pharmacy KIDS needs to be counselled for seamless service to maintain the stature of the hospital.

Excellent treatment provided to the patient by the doctors group here. Excellent care-taking staff (includes nurses, dietitians, lab staff and other helpers). One minor suggestion is to provide a night lamp in hospital rooms if possible. Thanks.

Got an appointment for 11.30am token 15 but doctor came to OP at 12.30, I dont know why they wanna make patients to wait,if doctor dose like this how other department will work, I dont think they are reading patrents views.

One of the best hospital in Trichy. Excellent Service Provided. The Doctors and the Staff really know how to take care of their patients. Safety protocols and standards are being followed considering the current Pandemic Situation which is appreciated.But worst canteen team and experience.. ..they do not respect patient .they think they are running hotel in hospital premises. Medical shop labours working slowly. Lots of patient's attenders anger and give my prescription I go and buy medicines other medical.
