My mother had gallbladder surgery, ERCP, and EDS. on Sep'22

Pros:

It was explained to me how the surgery will be done, and how it will be treated by the doctor's assistant.

The nurses are all kind and caring.

The rooms are clean and the ambiance is pleasant,

Doctors are easily accessible and there is no long waiting time for consultations.

My appreciation goes to the Insurance Department staff for their prompt, polite response to all my queries and quick approval from TPA.

Cons

(All out is available without liquid fill) There are mosquitoes at evening time and at night time in the rooms.

Whenever medicine is needed, it must be purchased by an attender (for insurance, staff can deliver to room).

The staff writes the report most of the time, and each time it needs to be explained to the attendee.

After 5 p.m. on Saturday, only consulting was provided, and on Sunday there was no treatment, so I had to wait till Monday before being treated. According to the doctor, this is not an emergency.

In the event that surgery goes over an hour, there will be an additional charge.

An additional PD stent was kept in addition to the CBD stent, and it changed the cost

It is possible to avoid car parking charges.

I won't even give 1 star for such a waste hospital, there staff nurse have too much attitude no humbleness. Senior doctor shortage there junior doctor telling me they have to go to rounds and then see OPD patients ,reached 9am with pain in stomach without any treatment scaning going here and there waited till 4 pm finally then priscription given which don't had any effect finally went to PSG hospital far better service, and medication given also helped me to get better . I strongly suggest all don't go to VGM hospital (The woman doctor who treated she was kind and humble but medicine given by her not helped me)

I would recommend this hospital 100%
Dr. Mohan Prasad, & Dr. Vamsi Murthy treated me. They are alert and took good care of me. The rooms are clean with no lizards/ roaches running around. Dust free and clean bedsheets were provided The nurses are caring and supportive of our needs.
This hospital is a national board accredited multi speciality hospital. Impressed with their personal attention that was given when I was admitted for a couple of days. Thank you doctors🙏

A humble thanks to every doctor, nurse, and support system in the VGM hospital for their utmost patience and care. My father had to undergo surgery, and right from admission, treatment, and surgery to discharge, every process was streamlined in the hospital. I have massive respect and gratitude for the entire healthcare unit for their tireless efforts and dedication.

I was suffering from GERD. Even after consulting countless doctors, there was no improvement in my condition. I got to know about VGM Hospital through one of my friends. The doctors listened to my suffering and recommended the best-personalized treatment. The doctor followed up on my healing and prescribed healthy measures to overcome GERD. Highly recommended for the best treatment and care.

I would recommend this hospital 100%. My grandmother and I had to stay there for a week. The doctors and nurses were attentive and catered to our needs very well. The rooms were tidy, and cleaning was done daily.

Really VGM is the very worst hospital especially Insurance team
They did not give any proper response about claim insurance.
Also they never tell insurance applicable for which cases like that.
Because recently I was admitted for 24-hour ph manometry test after that doctor advised surgery not required
So I claimed the insurance for the ph manometry test only but insurance team reject that because without treatment we did not settled.
Hospital insurance team knowing this details before claim the insurance but they not told to me.
because they want to me pay extra amount nearly 15000. So please don't go to this hospital with insurance.
This is my personal experience.

I had undergone surgery of my fractured collar bone at VGM. Dr. Suman and his team had a very systematic approach in diagnosis and planning of surgery. Dr. Suman really took time in explaining the condition and planning of surgery. The surgery was performed successfully the following day with excellent coordination between various specialist doctors viz. Ortho, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Anesthesiologist, Intensivist and Physiotherapist. The nursing and other staff were well behaved proficient and well coordinated. The hospital had an excellent ambience with spacious & clean rooms. The quality of hygiene practiced had been excellent.
This indeed is one of the best hospitals with a dedicated team of doctors and staff and is highly recommended for anyone opting for quality diagnosis and treatment.
