Went for checkup.
Hospital is neat and clean.
Staff are friendly.
Doctor explained very politely.

Doctors are good in nature. But we don't feel the personalized treatment. They may know you by the file only. Do not remember you even after. But I admire when my mom took my sister where she delivered my brother after 25yrs That doctor could remember and talk.

Hospital staffs are not attentive and not responsive. They lacks empathy. Very lethargic and they don't tell us about the processes. Make us to wait and without saying anything we will be sitting for long. They should know even they are ladies. being pregnant and sitting for long will hurts. Atleast the management would place a notice board or some sign marks for processes for example appointment procedures, test before proceedings (blood test urine test scan etc..) we used to wait for minimum of 1.30hr to see only for few mins to show the report. Then doctor availability admission process exercise they'll give chart even they can display...
I have personally delivered my son but the labor room is open. after me 4 more is waited one inside the labor room. when they push me she was looking at me with a fear. That would have been avoided also they would provide a opportunity for husband to stay.
Otherwise I heard many got normal delivery. So those who don't care about the above said only focus is normal can approach.
Even now I'm visiting for my second pregnancy to continue with my previous pregnancy. I'm facing same struggles

If you are recently/9 month of pregnancy, You have to wait minimum 2-3 hours to consult the doctor. please plan accordingly. In between they will allow their known persons without pre-appointments.

Note: In doctor room at the time of consulting you could see min more than one patient in room. STRCTLY NO PRIVACY..

Kindly improve above areas..

Poor staff management...we waited for a long hour to consult a doctor there is no proper response from the management...we don't know how the queue system is followed...they don't bother about the patients...

I definitely suggest this hospital for every pregnant woman I know.. best hospital for normal delivery. labour ward staffs were very supportive by the time of my delivery.special thanks to Rukmani Amma for her kind manner..Thanks to dr Sangamithra madam and dr Punitha madam

All Doctors are very friendly and mostly they will do normal delivery unless there is any complication. They will explain everything patiently.But few nurses receptionist are rude and not supportive. and you need to wait minimum 1 to 2 hours for consultation.

Very worst hospital... My wife had c section here...one week later my own sister admitted ... They did c section for her also.... most of the deliveries i heard at that time was c section.. They are not trying for normal delivery....
