Treatment is ok... Maintenance and customer care is good... Treatment cost also moderate...

Worst hospital we have ever seen. I lost my mother last month after 1 month of treatment. My mother got admitted for COViD even though she got 2 doses of vaccine (covishield) and on the 3rd day she was declared negative for COVID but still the doctor couldn't give a proper treatment or care. Doctor especially CASTRO should be worst doctor in this world and doesn't know how to talk and talk only negative about patient improvement even though we see improvement in patient's health. He wants to keep them in the hospital for more days & extract as much as money possible. Regarding the nurse they are so rude which can't be explained except we would like to name 2 nurses (Subha & Karthika) These 2 nurses have taken a real care of my mother whenever they are in the duty but it is very difficult when they are not there. We strongly feel that we lost my mother due to the negligence by the nursing staffs except the two mentioned above.

We have to thank the duty doctor Yogesh who has been very supportive and friendly & takes maximum care of my mother. He talks only positive and we all liked his approach and he did his best. We cannot depend on one duty doctor and 2 nurse when we are admitting to a hospital.

Patient see doctor as a god. Hence, I request CASTRO to take care of his patient with maximum care and if he is unable to do then he should tell us to shift to different hospital so that we may give a better treatment to save our loved ones.

Not satisfied with their treatment..Nurses r very rude and worst..Doctors doesn't have any positive attitude towards their patient.. I request everyone ..Dont prefer this hospital...Guys I beg everyone don't go to this hospital..Last year my father admitted in this hospital due to leg injury...They got lot of money from us and not give proper treatment... Suddenly we planned to move another hospital..Now my father is fine..This hospital doctors are totally money minded doctors... Don't go to this hospital..They will make you fool

The Aristo hospital doctors and nurses are caring very well. When ever required any medical help they response quickly.

Do Appointments to visit doctor without any rush.they charge 350+ onwards for consultation.

Visited this hospital yesterday.
I had a mild chest pain due to gas.
They conducted all test ECG and etc. All are done by the hospital nurse . I had no chance of meeting the doctor first.
Later they gave a glimpse of the doctor.
She told not worry everything is normal. And then they give the bill and medical receipt.

Good for emergency, but after emergency it's better to shift to a better hospital. The emergency doctor does know how to stabilize a patient. But Even for emergency patient if they are stabilized the doctor will visit on their sweet time like 12pm instead of the promised 9am. The hospital is highly unorganised in terms of process, lots of mosquitoes in evening with fear or catching other disease. There are scopes for improvement but that has to come from management.

One star for the Doctors who are good and the second star for the staff nurses.
Good location. All employees work hard but without proper planning and coordination.
Needs a good hospital administrator.
