I recently got treated for my mother. To be honest zero cleanliness not professional staffs neither courteous. I haven’t seen people cleaning the floors. Rest room is too bad. For the first time I have never ever seen a hospital with western toilet. So bad in its appearance. Need more changes as the doctor seem to be a good nephrologist in the city but that only isn’t enough. Please please hygiene yourself considering all poor patients.

I had one off bad experience with the appointment system so I had to leave without consulting doctor but Dr. Venkatraman called and explained the situation which is very good gesture and I respect him for that. Just a suggestion to hospital , Please make sure patients aware about the order to consult doctor, a simple digital token display should do. It helps patients to plan accordingly. Good to see how taken care the patients.but in other side always getting worse experience when we receive lab test reports. Because doctor keep insist to take test before to meet however it's been more than 5 hours particularly get the reports therefore we have to wait for consultation. This is not been one time experience, I have been visiting more than year at every month.
Frustrated moment was when they keep telling us do wait without any reason.
