Vaishali Hospital

Well as for the treatment goes I would rate it five star.....but the people at reception desk are very unkind ...they feel they r doing some great favour answering us ...quote one lady says in tamil "naan evvlao pourumaya ungalukku badil sollarade periya vishayam......I do not know what she means it is her bounden duty to answer people who come enquiring for appointment.
Next about nurses ward boys general cleaners helpers all of them pose as if they are so much afraid of the doctor ,they project him as DEMON to the people who come for treatment ...HE WILL SCOLD US AS IDIOTS AND STUPID and what not .....when I talked to the doctor after taking an appointment from this attitude and ego filled lady's at the reception desk I found the doctor to be a very soft spoken nice person ...
Whole lot of people managing the hospital except the doctor are all always irritated,arrogant and less helping.
Extremely feeling sorry to write but I am writing what I encountered
I am afraid whether the doctor is even aware of this.
I thought of bringing this issue as a feed back so as to enable future patients better service

Treatment and patient care is good. But attender for inn patient feeling bad with duty ppl(nurse and watchmen). Attender who is stay with patient for support the patient should be use steps only even it is 3rd floor and above. More old age ppl suffer on this. We can't accept like this also it is spoil hospital name even though they given best treatment.

Vaishali hospital is well known for good care and highly Equipped.Mr.Ravi Sir are broad minded and attends the patients at any time, I throuly reliability for patient care.my wife had treatment over here got well soon.Nurses are dedicated towards patients and care. Mr.Ravi sir please keep it up your extradinory service.

One the most worst hsopital in trichy ...pls dont visit here...u will not cure nd waste of money to spend this hospital for diagonsis.. Most of them are rude ... They didnt know how to handle the paitents calm...if u go there u will suffer a lot...

Worst experience. Not responsible staff. Receptionist was too rude and only star health insurance available even they can't claim that. Doctor won't bother about this and all. I suggest you to consult some other hospital.

Worst doctor I have ever met.Very rude behaviour.Person with no humanity and integrity.

There is no proper coordination with patients. We got an appointment one day earlier and travelled 100 kms to visit the doctor. Once we reach they are simply telling doctor will be available afternoon only.we have to wait 4hrs. We visited some other hospital. They are to their fading phase.
