Arul Hospital

Not even worth one star, no one working here knows how to run a hospital. Dr. Tamil Selvi is one of the worst doctors in Trichy both the doctor and her staff will not treat the patients respectfully.

You will be made to wait for hours, after that doctor will be seeing two out patients together, always yells at the patients and no proper explanation will be given to the patients.

Such a worst place I have ever seen . I am 4 months in my pregnancy and just yesterday I went there for emergency checkup due to high abdominal pain , and when Dr.tamil selvi came she was just shouting at me by saying today is Sunday and I never have any OP patients during eekends . She just asking what pain? What pain ? Everyone goes through pregnancy , don't just act by urself , I am visiting Dr.devika from GKS clinic in Market arch trichy , such a wonderful doctor I ever met , just a day I went to arul and got very bad experience, she never check our past medical historical reports ,and gave me an injection by saying this injection will prevent abortion , I am unable to believe her so immediately left that hospital by paing consulting fee 500 . Never visit that hospital . She never respects anyone . Such a worst doctor she is ...

Treatment was good, need to work on hospital hygiene more, if we ask questions she will help us with answers Else general check up will be done.. mostly trying normal delivery.. I delivered my baby here.

They told me no issues for my baby delievery so we can plan for normal but last minute they said have some issue in coagulation so we have to do C section no proper guidance from doctor and no proper treatment don't visit this hospital if you prefer for normal delievery if Dr.Tamilselvi is not present because in my case while my delievery She is not in hospital so others doctors did C section for more womens at the same time I had delievery.

Don’t have below 1 Star rating, worst behaviour by staffs. They just write name but not following orders. Outside patients baby’s weight checking on the reception with uncleaned drum.
And restroom cleanness 🤮 is 5 star category 😜🤪

Poor hospital amenities. Don't know why they have a token system to send people randomly. Waited up to 4 hrs to have that 2 min consultation where the doctor was very lethargic to my queries and doesn't seem hospitable at all. No proper previous history of mine and problems were recorded but I was simply prescribed, just ended up having 3 to 4 bills. Can't suggest to anyone.

Hello Dr.Tamil Selvi please take physiological treatment don't know to handle the patient. now days have more Customers (patient) business running smooth, So no need kindness

I want to give only half star but there is no option for that.

The hospital follows token system. For the day they start the token by 7am and asks us to come in-person mandatorily to get the token number. But the nurses in the hospital will accept telephone booking to their friends and acquaintances which is absurd. People like me travel 20 kms to come to this hospital to get the token and even when I'm at the hospital by 7am I could see 8-10 token already filled.

Not sure why Dr.Tamilselvi doesn't take care of hospital management. Being a good doctor is not enough when the patients (customer according to them) services are not done as per the standards that is placed by the hospital itself.

The Suggestions/complaint number is same as the reception number.

There is no waiting lobby inside the hospital, when you are with a OP patient as attender you have to sit outside that too if by chance you get the seat.

Hospital atmosphere is so clumsy and for cleanliness i say only 2/10.

You have to wait long hours before you could see the doctor. If you are ready to spend the whole day in the hospital even for a simple check up you can choose this hospital else if you care about time please don't waste them by coming to this hospital.
