KMCH KOVAI HOSPITALS CHAIN is a good hospital for all treatment as I have experienced of gynaecologist requirements so I prefer DR VANITHA mam…great doctor responsive consultant

My experience, treatment and services are very good.
But
Starts from 2017 my daughter born here only that time I had medical insurance policy but here no cashless policy,

Then again 2020 my son born here that time also I had health insurance policy but no cashless policy,

Then, Toady admitted my daughter in hospital for cough and cold. This time also i have insurance policy, but this time also no case less policy.

Very disappointed.

Poor Hospitality.....

No proper response/coordination from them....
No body having involved in this process.......
U m roaming like in Government Hospital.......

Worst service and staffs not responding properly. Even if you are in so much pain they won't even give you any painkillers before you see the doctor. You've to bear all the pain for like hours even after you visited hospital.

I got treatment of my wife with gynecologist Dr Vanitha. Dr is good . Labour room nursing staff is very bad and irresponsible. They have racist behaviour with North Indians.
Cleanliness of wards and rooms is very unhygienic. Just consult but don't get your patient admitted in this poorly managed hospital. Insect inside horlicks cup served by canteen.

No option to give rating less than one star, would've been rated in minus if possible. No cleanliness and irresponsible staff behaviour, untrained staffs employed becoz of cheap labor cost. The pic posted is uncleaned wheel bed with used syringes, drips bottle kept as orphan in front of a room in 3rd floor. And housekeeping chemical cans are kept open with trash spilled in same floor.

In my experience, the worst hospital in the city. If you are in an emergency please avoid going here. Waiting time is also too much. Staff is not giving priority to emergency cases. Please go to another hospital.

Worst hospitality there is no proper setup to change dresses for pregnent women. Admited today for delivery
