Dr Saraswati is a gem of a person with wonderful patience and empathy. I have been consulting her since the beginning of my pregnancy and the support I received from her and the staff is huge considering the pandemic outbreak.
I recently delivered my baby through C section and it was a very happy experience. I felt very safe and confident throughout the process. Right from the moment I got admitted until the discharge everyone made sure that good care was provided. Doctors regularly visited postpartum and made sure everything was good. The paediatrician
(Dr Syed) and the lactation consultant (Dr Sukanya) were extremely helpful and I reckon we wouldn’t have recovered this quickly without their expertise.
If you are looking for a place where you want to go ahead with what is best for the mother and child physically, emotionally and psychologically, RK hospital is the right place.

Dr.k.Saraswathi , such a kind hearted person I have ever seen. Mam 's bravery , patience , and cool handling of cases was too impressive and even made me to follow her also . I was so comfortable with mam's treatment fr the past 6 months and delivered a boy baby . And special thanks to Dr. Nancy physio, Lactation consultant , Pediatrician consultant ,they are such a sweet persons helped me a lot to get rid of my postpartum pain and feeding issues... I given birth of premature baby. Dr saraswathy attend me mid night and took special care about me and my new born baby. Due to premature only she decided to do scissorian. She took almost care about me once given birth. Then Dr. Ezhilan take immediate care about my baby to NICU and visiting 2 times closely monitor babies activity and update,guided us positively. Also always giving positive feedback to make us brave. specifically I have to mention nurses varsha, kalai,Kamachi, sharmi and gayatri at NICU they taken care my baby as their family child I have no words to express thanks to them. Even i took treatment at another hospital for my pregnancy, they taken care of me and my newborn well and good. Once again I am glad to thank all of them including who are all taken without even knowing their names.

The Hospital is very clean and tidy. We went there to see Dr Saraswathi, she is a very knowledgeable and well experienced. She guided us very well. They took care of each and everything. Dr Nancy was also very helpful to us in every manner. They show empathy to the patients, which helps the patients to discuss all the problems with the doctors. 4 star only because they didn’t accept the cashless benefit of the insurance which we could have availed. Claiming from our side is a very cumbersome process. We thank you for the healthy baby delivered.

I've have been taking treatment with Dr. Saraswathi for past one year. She's very knowledgeable and very patience. With proper treatment and her counseling I'm blessed with a baby boy last week. Note only the doctor, also the staffs are really very supportive and very caring. Especially Durga sister answered our calls every time we called, doesn't matter what time it was. Thank you doctor and Staffs for your timely help.

Good and hygienic hospital...if u want better consultant or treatment means ..i will refer only this hospital and u will get 100 percent good result...

I have visited the clinic today as a refferal for scan but they have charged too much and added fee for some consultations which I didn't requested.

The charges are high and the waiting time is too much, as well as they are treating like us stupid; Asking us to stand in the queue for 15+ mins while another patients inside the consultant room.

Please avoid this nonsense hospital and you have multiple good hospitals in the city, please aware stay away from them.

Seems the hospital is doing a gold digging. Went for scanning but they have opted themselves for a paid consultation and make us fear to admit to their hospital; Usual scanning charges around 2500+ INR but they have charged 5000+ INR for the same.

I am already in touch with the legal team to make the official complaint against the hospital.
