One of the worst hospital in Kota. Zero communication and support with the docter as well as staff. Main purpose is to make a money only from the patient.Totally running a scam.do not visit.

Hospital is located very conjusted
area, parking place very less for vehicles Paramedical staff is not well trained,toilets and wash rooms are unhygienic,sanatizer and saops are missing most of the toilets,COVID protocol not adhered,Gutkha peaks lying many places even lift also,seating arrangement is insufficient for attendents, canteen arrangement is very very poor and highly insufficient according to load.

Worse hospital for children's, worse doctors and very arrogant staff.
Very confused and misleading staff. Please don't take your kids to this hospital if you love them.
Doctors are very cheep and have no respect for anyone.
There is no option to give 0 star else I could have given 0 only.
Very bad experience overall.

Apart from Dr. Anuradha who is the best gynec, nothing is good here. The medical/nursing staff is worst you would ever come across. Even after calling dem multiple times they would attend the patient only when they wish , un-hygienic hospital.
Would recommend this hospital only for this gynec as mine was a high risk pregnancy and she helped me sail thru it with ease .

Over-all very bad hospital in kota there is no manner how to treat customers.

They provide no facility to patient relatives. After spending lacks of rupees people will have to sleep on floor. Staff talks very rudely. they never suggest govt schemes to patients. They only fear the patient. Please avoid to admit this hospital. If there is any option to provide minus rating I will definitely provide them. Why govt didn't take serious action against them.

Poor experience and unethical mode of conduct. No staff in emergency room, the staff is asking me to pay the outstanding in his digital wallet. Wrong charges - Observation and Dr. resident charges, when it was an emergency case of stomach paain. They gave only pain killer injection and released us within 10 mins.
All the staff was sleeping including reception and emergency staff at 5:35 am. I informed at reception about unreasonable charges, and requested complaint book. His response was unsatisfactory and irrelevant.
