Mohkam Singh Hospital

I met an accident today and got my left knee injured pretty bad. it was swollen twice the size of my right knee.
My friend who also got injured, did the registration formality at the counter and after 10 minutes I was taken for my x-rays.
Once, x-rays were done, we waited for the doctor to come.
When the doctor came, he didn't have white coat, wasn't wearing any sort of identification card/tag.
He just asked me to point where I feel the most pain. After that incredibly insightful discussion, my friend was given a prescription documentation wherein he wrote bunch of medicines.
He didn't tell anything what my knee situation is, didn't discuss the x-rays with me. At one point, I thought to myself if he is just programmed to make money only.

Here's my feedback and rating(1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest)based on my experience:
1. Friendliness of the doctor = 1
2. Discussion and explanation around the issue = 1 (I wish I had negative scale for this part)
3. Empathy towards the patient = 1

I strongly do not recommend this doctor.
