Wrost hospital i have ever seen in my life.
They take money from the patients even if the doctor is not available with them and when the patient asks for the refund, then these people flatly refuse to give the refund and say that it is not our fault in this, it is the doctor's fault. did not come

Very bad hospital...very bad staff and bad behavior
My experience is soo bad...RGHS card con,t accept...only showing rghs accept...staff can't treat RGHS patients.
Reception staff vary very bad behavior...untrand staff...Fourth class type talking

And Dr. Vishwas Sharma (hip replacement fellowship) is a Great,Brilliant, outstanding Docter

It's been like hell. You can't expect any help from staff and lower staff are too much , they don't have manners to talk patients and attendent also. Surgeons are good but hospitality is like government hospital. Night shift staff only comes to sleep and they dont respond whether your patient is alive or dead. They don't care at all. I experienced very recently.

Very Bad experience I had in this hospital. Nursing staff is not trained. Patient suffers due to their ignorant behaviour. You have to guess whether medicines should be given to the patient or not. They don’t care at all, they don’t even come to ask patient for medicines. If anything happens they just blame someone else who’s not present at all.

This Hospital very clin and staff very helpful and staff behaviour good

Best of faculties of Doctors in surgery, Gynecologist, orthopaedic and other all facilities are excellent and experience staffs are available in this hospital

I got admitted in Jain surgical hospital Kota for surgery.The Doctor’s team and staffs are well equipped and polite in behaviour, and services and facilities are far far better than any other hospitals in Kota region. Staff always maintain hygiene with commitment.
Dr. Vishwas Sharma and one more Dr. don’t know the name (who knows Kannada) made me feel like home and they are very positive and funny as well to keep environment light in tough situations.
What they promise they deliver.
Happy to have this hospital in Kota.
