Amazing experience of RHL hospital.. Excellent doctors and staff of RHL. Dr Vikram Bohra neurologist is very best neurologist

Very nice hospital and services is also very good iam satisfied with this . Provide a good medical treatment

The hospital is clean, facilities are good. Staff behaviour is cooperative but the problem is clash of OPD time and Doctors indoor patients routine round visit. OPD time is from 9 to 3 pm, but doctors are available after 10.30 or 11, so the patients who might be suffering from high fever/ any serious ailment/ disease also have to wait for more than 1 to 2 hours . It’s incomprehensible for me why so? Aren’t patients time valuable or they are supposed to take leave from their offices/ business to see a doctor.I have to see a doctor as my husband was having high fever and it took me the whole day to get the services.it seems every one knows the whereabouts of the doctor but no one wants to disturb them and it has become an excuse response- Dr. sab is on a round , some emergency. My request to the administration to look into this problem so that patients can get the service timely.

I visited RHL for full body checkup which was done fine but after reports I especially paid consultation fee and took appointment to meet gynecologist. Worst Doctor I have ever seen in my life Dr. Priyanka (gynecologist) She didn’t even properly listen whats the problem and kept on smirking.
When I was opening report to show her she just closed the file and said go it’s all fine. Just couldn’t even be considerate enough to listen to a patient that too being a gynecologist. Really dissatisfied and disappointed.

I told my symptoms and she said its ok just get a test done next month, was in so much rush to just get rid of me.

Good Hospital with best Dr department of Nephrology and Lung center.
Bad experience with Dr Priyaka Sharma (Gynaecologist) asking for Google search kar lena.
Regarding sonography lab and x-ray department worst experience no time match with Dr availability and take 1 or 2 days for giving reports that report just prepare in half an hour. OPD staff is also not check the doctor prescribed test properly and make mistakes in creating the OPD Reciept. I feel good if you think about my suggestion and try to improve these area's.

Had admitted my brother under Dr. Sheetu singh. Was advised for precardinal tapping and biopsy of lymphoma . Worst doctor , hospital themself withheld the report for 4 extra days . Every day is precious for cancer patient. Despite knowing report was withheld from patient. Doctor could have recommended us to specialist when she knew the case was not under her . But greed makes people do things.
Dr Chakroborty and Dr Govind from cardio dept were really helpful . They really cared unlike the daughter of hospital owner Dr. Sheetu singh. Wouldn't recommend hospital was lack of awareness and mismanagement in handling patient report and specially Dr. Sheetu singh.

RHL - A hospital that gave a dying person, a long life to live.
I am Mahesh Kumawat, a heart patient for 18 years, with LVF, LBBB, and severe MR. I came to the hospital when no medicine worked. It became very difficult for me to breathe, eat, or sleep. I was admitted to various hospitals in India, but none proved to be effective. Then, I came to RHL to meet Dr. RAVINDER RAO. He addressed my problem and did certain tests. After knowing the root of my issue, he suggested solutions, and finally, I underwent a procedure for inserting MITRA CLIP. It changed my life. I had lost all my hopes in life but thanks to Dr. Ravinder Rao and Team, who properly examined me and suggested proper treatment. They were so thorough when they discussed the surgery, and answered all my questions, which calmed my nerves.
Doctors and hospital staff gave me all the possible care during my hospitalization including counseling. "I agree to be a hell of a patient". I irritated all the doctors and staff but they were so polite. I will be in debt to the hospital and doctors for my whole life. I will always treasure the kindness they gave me.
Special thanks to Dr. VIrendra who gave this world-class hospital to Jaipur. Another heartwarming thanks to Dr. Ravinder Rao, Dr. Prashant, Dr. Piyush, Hashim Sir, Shilpa Ma'am, and Team. I really appreciate your work.

Have been waiting in the OPD for Dr. Naveen Yadav since 30 mins, we were told by the cordinator he will be here in 10mins, post 30 mins when confirmed after his availability were again told to wait 15,20 mins more, there is no clearity and commitment, we have another appointment with other Dr in Pratap nagar and we are unable to move, had we been informed prior that he is not here and will not be available for next 1 hr we would have consulted the other Dr first . Plz value the time of patients also. No problem if the Dr is unavailable but plz inform in prior.. highly disappointed
