Horrible experience. She doesn't care about your health conditions. She will listen your condition only for 1 minute and will give medicines without even thinking twice. Keeps recommending unnecessary tests and then will not give medicines accordance to it. The way she treats you is like an object not like a human. Like other comments have stated , even we felt that she is more interested towards minting money and not solving your health condition. If you have enough time to waste and not interested in your health, then please go for her. Otherwise please don't waste ur time on her.

And ofcourse we went elsewhere and it is working awesome, the review is to help others know that u already have paying patients like u mentioned in your comment but others new patients do not need to suffer through your carelessness, ma'am.

Instead of taking it personally, try to mend your ways and try to be humble instead of getting offended. You are a doctor and you have huge responsibility on your shoulders. All d best. Cheers

A huge huge thanks to Dr. Ginny Gupta for guidance and professional approach to made us wonderful journey of our first baby and finally being a family. The entire experience with health line hospital is very good. Moreover hospital staff is very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Famous saying that doctors are God but Dr. Ginny Gupta leave no chance to be rude to a patient. I visited once and that was it, never going again to this egoistic doctor. Save your wife and relatives from her rude behaviour so you can have peaceful pregnancy!

I had the worst experience of my life visiting Dr. Ginny Gupta today.
I had an emergency at night. I had medicine reaction and I was not even able to sit up and being a girl I decided to visit her also because my family had known her for a long time. I was in a very bad condition and was not even able to sit up. She treated me and my mother very badly infront of the whole staff and all patients.
Just because I had other emergency of reaction and not a pregnancy case. She insulted me and my mother saying there are pregnant women sitting outside and I cannot see such a small case even if you are not able to walk. I do not care and do not wish to see you. But then she asked me to lay down and did her thing of checking the problem and she did that all in rage and very harshly. In a seconds time I was bleeding badly. She even refused to wipe the bleeding and there was this nurse standing next to her who offered to clean but Dr. Ginny said there’s no need and called out my mother and said take her away and do not come again.

As per other reviews my experience was also same with doctor that she is rude and not nicely behaving with patients and moreover she doesn’t listen your problem. Overall very bad experience, so unprofessional and money minded

Dr. Ginni Gupta is an amazing doctor. Very caring and super thorough. We're glad we found the doctor and her clinic. The care, check-up, delivery and post delivery, everything has been amazing.

The doctor is very polite, listens carefully, and gives you enough time and best possible care.

There's a wait time often, but that's because doctor is amazing and there are many patients to attend to. I would highly recommend the doctor.

Today my sister visited Dr. Ginny Gupta at Health Line Hospital, Ludhiana. And she had the worst experience ever. She was ill-treated and Dr. Ginny spoke rudely to her and her family members. She disrespected them. It is unbelievable that she (being a DOCTOR) treated her and her mother in such a bad manner. It is a doctor’s duty to treat their patients with respect, and to be empathetic towards them but she was pathetic instead!! At first she refused to check her even though she had an emergency, she couldn’t even sit due to her medical condition saying there are pregnant women sitting outside and I cannot see such a small case even if you are unable to walk. She spoke rudely to them and then when she agreed to see her, she did all the treatment with rage. My sister was already in so much pain and she put her in more by doing so. She bled and then the Dr. even refused to clean her up. Then she asked her mother to take her and said there’s no need to visit me again. I fail to understand how a person who is educated enough to become a doctor treats people like this?
