Due to covid-19, my father was admitted at Sacred Heart Hospital and spent around 14-15 days in the ICU. My mother visited the hospital daily but was not allowed to see my dad. However, one day, the staff of the hospital allowed her to go inside and visit my dad. During her visit, my father told my mom he wants to use the bathroom so, my mom helped my dad to the the bathroom. During that time, my mom took in notice that majority of the nurses displayed attitude, were impolite, and negligent to the patients needs. Whenever my family and I would call our father at the hospital, he would say that at the times he needed something, the nurses would not come to check as they would ignore him. At one of the days at Sacredhospital, he was waiting to get a drink of water for hours as supplemental oxygen mask does dry up the throat, nose, mouth and this was unbearable for him. Patient care is a must at hospitals and it is really upsetting to see this happen. After 15 days, his treating doctor (Dr. Aujla) informed us that my father is recovering and is in better condition and can go home on 5L oxygen. Dr. Aujla is the son of a doctor who has been a family doctor for last 20 years and we trusted him blindly into bringing our father back home. When my dad came home, we were so happy that no words can’t describe. He then stayed at home for about 6 or 7 days. Even though Dr. Aujla said my father is okay at home with 5L of oxygen, we discovered that more than 5 litres of oxygen should be required for my father. We then found that he was barely able to breath on 10 litres of oxygen at home. We took him to Patel hospital instead and as soon as we got to the Patel Hospital, they gave him 2 injections which killed him. I need to let everyone publicly know that my father went through hell at Sacred hospital and at Patel hospital for his last few hours where they gave injection. The majority of the nurses at Sacred hospital wouldn’t listen and were more interested in playing cards with their peers. They wouldn’t feed him properly even when my mom would go daily and drop food off at the gates of the hospital for him and the food would return back home the same when given at the hospital. Most of the times when he needed to use the bathroom, they made him wait hours. How is this acceptable to provide minimum care for the patients needing to use the bathroom and make them hold it for hours instead? There is no humanity at this hospital. The doctors and nurses were too busy gossiping with peers instead. The nurses know during Covid that no one is able to come in the ICU and the patient is helpless. Dad said he was waiting ages for water but the nurses had veryrude behaviour. People who get COVID are still humans, so please provide proper care for god’s sake. It’s nurses job to take care and look after people, but everything was opposite at Sacred. Due to the hospital showing no care, this was very traumatic for my father and it gave him less hope on surviving. This is the main reason my father didn’t survive and was unable to make it alive. We all know that patients need proper diet but mostly the nurses of Sacred Heart hospital’s Covid ward didn’t feed my dad most of the time when he was hungry. On the other hand, Dr. HS Aujla misguided us and told us our dad is better now and we can take him home with 5 litre oxygen being enough. The doctor gave one paper to my mom and she signed because she trusted him as we know Dr. Aujla’s father from ages but my family and I read afterwards that the doctor wrote that me and my family discharged our dad against the doctors advice. How can you misguide a family who puts their trust in you blindly and thanked you a thousand times? His blockage level increased from 60% at Aujla hospital to 96% at Patel hospital. We will never forget Dr. HS.Aujla and their covidstaff. They are frauds and provide more mental trauma than recovering patients. My dad was in extreme pain due to the doctors and staff’s negligence. Be aware & do not take your loved ones to these hospitals.

I am a professional adventure sports athlete from Shimla.
It was November 2020 when I suffered from few medical issues and DR. Harkanwar Aujla provided me with an accurate medical treatment for which couple of other practitioners from my local region failed. I really suggest you guys to visit him if you want a knowledgeable practitioner for your illness.
