It was a very good experience. My Grandmother “Gurbachan kaur”was admitted there for her heart bypass surgery. Dr. DM Saini did her surgery. Doctors are professional and very co-operative and all the staff nurses are very helpful with great behaviour and treated her like a family member. Now my grandmother is fine and they blessed a new life to her. Want to thank all doctors and staff members from depth of my heart.

I took my grandfather for his regular checkup in Fortis Escorts Hospital, Amritsar while I was there I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hilal Ahmad Malla who is specialize in Nephrology. It seems to me that he has very good knowledge about his patients and he guided us very well about everything we want to know plus he has very nice assistant who helps every patient waiting out there to meet Dr. Hilal Ahmad. I don’t remember her name properly but I think she’s Anita(Rabia)!! She was very polite and well mannered girl and she also knows very well about her job. Totally happy with their assistance 😊

The staff of this hospital is very caring and loving. As a traveller travelling through India, I must say that I had a very reassuring experience during my stay at this hospital. At first,I didn't expect the hospital to have good facilities and doctors but i was amazed by the experienced doctors and caring staff. They all were very nice to me during my stay. The hospital itself was very neat and clean. The food served was also very nutritious and healthy. Despite all of that,it had some flaws like it was very expensive , the washrooms were mostly all of the time clean but sometimes the cleaning staff did not do their job and the washrooms were dirty. At the end, I had a very good experience than what I had expected. I suggest people to go to Fortis Hospital Amritsar,especially foreigners and tourists as the staff mostly speaks in english or hindi. Overall, I will rate my experience a perfect 9/10

Worst ever hospital we visited till date, servicing standards are worst not even comparable to government hospitals, nursing staff is too ridiculous, we had to wait for 1 hr just to know how to use recommended inhaler by doctor same been asked more than 10 times and reply was wait for 5 min all the times and finally we had to exit without any answer. Multiple charges are being charged even if primary doctor refers patient to another doctor on same visit.
Only money making location and medical care is too far away and just in words and advertisements only.

Dr Manik Mahajan, is very knowledgeable and punctual. He listened to all of my mom’s issues and had clear suggestions on a course of action to alleviate her problems. Highly recommended Doctor. Thank you so much for taking care of my mother. Can’t appreciate your work in words.

We visited fortis hospital because of dr HP singh and for excellent nurses service , best food service for patients relatives .The staff is very cooperative towards patients and relatives.

My mother was admitted there and she has many complications but doctors and nursing staff really cared well. Doctor DM Saini was really polite and helpful. I would like to mention Nurse Sunita was really supportive and caring. She has excellent experience in handling criticial cases.She was phenomenal in helping patients. Dr. Muzzafar Ali will go beyond his abilities to help patients in care. Dr. HILAL is exceptional while comes to treating and explaining patients. He is also available during off hours. Nurse Guddu, Mandeep and Kiran was also polite and helpful. GDA staff is far better than other hospitals.
