Blood bank here. They have no parking spots though due to motor repair shops outside. Took me 20 minutes to find a parking there. Very tricky in case of emergencies.

Lady doctor is nice but bad experience when we call from overseas instead of say no to talk with doctor, receptionist boy said me why you calling again and said but we can tell you from far and give me wrong number of doctor and showed rude behaviour.
