It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Dr swapan sood is a benevolent person also the nursing staff is very polite and caring. They care and treat the patient like their family member

I has my knee ligament surgerydone recently...The doctors are quite good and provide the best treatment...The staff over there is quite professional and continuous monitoring and care is been taken..... Rooms are clean and everyone is too good.. i like to recommend this hospital to everyone

This is the worst hospital of Jalandhar anyone can go to. They are uneducated and rude. No helpful staff rude people. Only care about the money.They don’t help with anything. The staffs are rude to their patients. If you have to consult MS they will send you to MD or other Doctors. Totally Waste of time to go there.

Would never recommend this hospital even to my enemy . No offence personally with any doctor. The management is the worst .
They still cant provide and file the death certificate to the nearest mc .
Its been 7 months . The change of behaviour of the staff has changed drastically .
When we use to undergo treatment from them they treated us very nicely. But after the death of the patient they are treating very badly .
Many doctors must have to find new hospitals because their reputation is declining due to the name PATEL HOSPITAL.
Most importantly they are in market for 💸💸💸
