Fees 250 rs but not satisfied other charges are high

A good hospital and good behaviours of doctors

I am overseas, and my relative need help. I called them if someone can go and have a look as the condition seems to be serious. As the person with condition is aged and can not move. The receptionist passed on the phone to someone. Person over the phone promised someone will go right now and have a look. The house if just 2 mins away from the hospital. But no one ever reached. That is not at all ethical. Pls do not make fake promises.

Its quite ok hospital staff or doctors help is average its quite expensive hospital if one got other option available then step off from visiting metro hospital

This place never felt less than being home, my family has kind of shared a bond with both the doctors. Dr. Sandeep has taken care of my family from last 17 years, including mu grandma, grandpa, dad, mum...... the list continues. Dr. Geeta, the most patient listener, the happy face, helped me a lot of times coping up with issues troubling me. The staff Kiran aunty and others have always came forward to help us getting appointments. Since my family has moved to Canada we still keep in touch with them as they have become a family now. thank you for your services.
