Excellent senior Doctors, average staff nurses (few of them are really very good), few poor lady guards and house keeping people.
Pros: Caring Doctors with great command on their perspective subject e.g Gynecologist in labour room and Dr. in nursing room to take care of newly born babies(not sure about others wards).

Cons: Nurses in the labour are too lazy and annoying. They disturb the pregnant lady with their nonsense gossips. But become serious in the presence of senior Doctors.
Guards and sweeper in such wards are not less than a beggar.

Good Hospital.
Have enough staff. You can have any checkup here.
Bonmaro, City scan, Blood test any.( Sorry for spell mistake)
They charge nominal.
It also have emergency.

Low quality management of patient billing and files process. Doctors are good but the management makes everything painfully slow and annoying. I would just going to other hospitals if you value time.

My brother is suffering with leukaemia and he has been treated by Dr. Joseph John he suggested us how to treat very clearly and we agreed with him and we get good result The all team is very helpful. And room is very good. We don't know the name of all nursing staff just know the two people Mr. Sumit and miss lata but all staff is very helpful . We are really impressed . We hope the hospital will provide the more than more good service to the all patients

Waste of time and worst services. No management nothing at all. Guys please avoid this hospital at all. You have Hero DMC which is better and cheaper, here in Christian medical college we visited around 8:30AM in morning and waited till 12:30PM. In Hero DMC at-least people are there to listen, crowd is more but your turn comes fast as management is better than this hospital.

It is a big Hospital after Dayaanand Medical College and Hospital in Ludhiana. It is very costly Hospital of Ludhiana. All the facilities are available here. 02 medical Officers and 04 Nursing staff always remains stand by to take care of patients. This hospital is a charge hungry so poors are not allowed to get admission.
