Worst staff, they dont know how speak with elder people. Today i visit there for scanning, i was waiting there, no social distancing, no sanitiser available there,no thermal scanning. Also what i witness, an old lady came there for scanning she was asking something from the reception staff but they behave so strange and rudely with the old lady. I think the owner should also look at the behaviour of staff. They are just collecting money nothing else. Also, during scanning they applied some gel but after scanning they neither clean gel nor provide even a tissue paper to clean. No covid precautions are taken. I think worst service.

Very bad experience, we have to wait for more than 1 hr for scanning even we had the appointment and when our turn came they gave preference to their relatives and friends. It’s better to book appointment in Jalandher rather than Kapurthala.

Unethical staff with unprofessional behaviour and long waiting time. They can get the job done, but not recommend if you are looking for top notch service.
