They do not respect the token system and let their people go first.. It's not fair and then they make up excuses and make you wait for hours on end.

There is no orgaised work here. They test your patience at peak. They don't even QR code payment method and ask change in paying bills. Waste of time. But ENT doctor is so kind and diagnosis well.

I had a worst experience here. I was given an appointment here at 11am. But the doctor hasn't turned up till 12. Then what is the reason for appointments here. Only the doctors are having work to do? Are we ideal without having any work or priorities? Doctors try to be professional.

Timing is not followed here. They asked to come at 10.30 AM we came in the correct time but the doctor(Dr.Uma Maheswaran) is not available . We are waiting more than 2 hours here , but the doctor is not available . It is informed by the receptionist that he has some personal work so it is getting late . We got token for 10.30 but the doctor is not available till 1 PM . We are waiting here for long time .

Biggest drawback is the medicine they prescribe cant be purchased from any other medicals. This is ridiculous.
someone out of the city shud come here 20 kms to get their medicine.

No time management you hav to wait for hours as if they are treating for free of cost

No Hygiene like a local government hospital.. And cost also high
