This is the best eye hospital with proper facility and very cordial Doctors and staffs in puri.
The diagnosis, medication, treatment are incredibly accurate and informative.
Everything is conducting in well manner.
One great thing is importance given to all either a V.I.P or a poor people the treatment and medical facilities are same for all.....
All staffs, Doctor's are very cordial and cooperative.
I am visited several times for routine checkup from several years, because i like their good hospitality.
They have their own pharmacy for immediate availability of eye medicines.
They also have a good optical unit with certified professionals. Good collection of frames for all ages, lens quality is superb.
Anti-glare, scratch resistance and various kind of lens available here with a genuine price.
Even sun-day it is open for all type of patients.
Doctors are very kind-hearted and helpful. They are really image of God. Thanks a lot...

I came to this hospital for my wife's eye check up. She is suffering from Cornea Problem. She is also suffering from dry eye. So, I visit Om Sai Eye Care Hospital. Their staffs along with all doctors are very helpful and well behave. Through very short span of time, they show my wife's eye and with proper diagnostic and treatment she is now very well. Om Sai Eye Care Hospital is the best place for eye treatment, visiting here for my mother’s Glaucoma treatment for the last years, have seen many people here also from other districts.

This is very affordable compared to other private hospitals. The doctors and the support staffs are extremely capable & dedicated. They take very good care of their patients & are most helpful. The infrastructure is excellent. The hospital is undoubtedly one of the finest in town.

I recommend people who looking for any kind of eye related issues, without thinking or second opinion you can reach out here. They will take care from there on. Doctor and Staffs are really caring a lot.

The hospital is very clean and well setup with everything in its place. I felt comfortable there. Everyone was kind and helpful during the whole process from consultation to the actual procedure. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

I didn't have health coverage, so like any person paying out of pocket I become worried about the cost. But once they told me I was really surprised on the cost. It was really low compared to anywhere. Other places I went to view or consult were very costly, unkempt and dirty. He was very knowledgeable about the procedure.

I refer many friends and relatives and they all are happy with the treatment.

No doubt it is a really good hospital for eye patients. Clean and hygenic eyecare hospital in puri. Well maintained and sanitized building specially in this covid19 pandemic outbreak time . But one thing is their services are very selective.The doctor is really genius. He will sure find your problem and suggest diagnosis. You can register your appointment by phone before reaching to hospital. Usually you have to wait for some time,a but no problem as there are some waiting space with LED TV.

They also have own pharmacy inside the hospital.prescribed medicines by the docter are available inside their own store.

There is no difficult to find out as it situated in the middle of the puri town, but easy through Google maps.

They also have their own eyeglass store. You can find much more variety frames to choose.good quality lenses.like bluecoat uv protection,anti scrach and anti reflection light weight,high index,polycarbonate lenses at genuine price.

One of the so called reviewer mentioned below she has visited the clinic 10-12 times in last few days. Imagine what kind of clinic is it where (the so called patient) has to visit these many times in few days. Lol!

Even if you have the last option for eye specialist checkup, don't visit this place. Extremely unprofessional staffs here where patients are treated as bad as you can think. It's not even a professional clinic with a car parked in the waiting area. Don't go by the consulting hours displayed in the board. The doctor will consult only for an hour or so, not the entire duration of the hours mentioned in the board.

Now coming to the hospitality of reception and the staffs, there it's worst. Hired unprofessional receptionist who is not fit for the job.

They will not allow a mother to accompany her kid(less than 10 years) to the doctor's chamber, but the payment is done inside doctor's chamber. You can get the idea from this how the unprofessional clinic operates.

Though Dr Bijen Pattnaik's consultation was good, that's the only good thing you get here. If you find an option to consult Dr Bijen Pattnaik privately, go for that option, but never ever visit at the clinic unless you want to be treated badly.

There is a pharmacy behind which is good only for the prescribed medications by the doctor. Frame prices are quite on high side and mediocre in quality. Order them from Lenskart to get it at much more cheap price and better quality.

If you are at Puri and need best eye consultation, visit Pravas Manjari Eye clinic near SCS College, and it's totally worth the extra waiting time there.

As per govt guidelines every clinic should maintain the que process for the patients.

In this ( sai eye care) clinic all the guidelines are properly maintained, no body should overcome this que process except in case of EMERGENCY.

All well trained staffs here with strictly followed this process with professionalism.

These staffs know how to treat patients in this serious COVID time.
