The ECHS organisation was established with the pure and noble cause by the Govt, as a welfare organisation for our Ex-servicemen fraternity with the sole purpose of ensuring them timely health care facilities, which includes consultation, medicines and referrals to other hospitals. The benefits of this endeavour is being enjoyed by our Ex-servicemen of Puri to its optimal levels.
