Poor service. Doctors are irresponsible and not a single staff is punctual. Hygiene is good though.

Service in this hospital is very bad. The registration counter people are dumb and incapable of doing there work. Very lazy working is happening here. They took nearly 5 min to register one patients name. Other than that, Doctor's are also very lazy and not even active what are they doing, forget about being pro-active. As a profession like this Doctor's are should pro active, but they just lazy and just heating their seats. For one patient doctor taking 10 to 15 minutes of time. What is this for an hour he just checking 5 to 6 patients. This is unacceptable. NTPC authorities should look into it. I don't want to take the Doctor's name, may affect his career, but such pathetic environment there.
