Referral Hospital

Set at a Beautiful location. I visited the place for my medical contact program and I really loved the people at the place.

Government Hospital with government prices with medical & Laboratory tests cheaper then privates places.despite hot Dimapur the environment here & insides are cooler.Canteen food cafeteria is available.Spacious parking places.Signs for every department.I visited a patient here & they told me their room only had ac & not all rooms.Bathroom was attached to this private cabin.Its hard to get immediate rooms here i heard but trying & waiting helps.

Good hospital with good doctors but very poorly managed by group just for billing u had to stand in queue for 2-3 hours ,and again for medicine 2-3 hrs ,testing the patience of patients .

Reached at 10 and till 3pm I didn’t get treated. Hours and hours waiting for the registration billing, next hours and hours waiting for ultrasound, which was refused again because lunch time! They all left. Here iam dying to use the bathroom, with stomach ache.
What a waste of time. Very very poor service. 5-6 hrs just for an ultrasound and to visit the doctor, imagine that. You people don’t respect other’s time. Never coming back again

"Not all" but is it so difficult for some staffs,nurses and workers to show gentleness, empathy and kindness towards the people visiting the hospital?Is it so difficult to explain twice(without being angry/rude) when one doesn't understands it at first..Is being rude the only language some people knows there.No one visits the hospital for vacation.People come there because they are sick,they come there because they need help.Who knows your kindness can cure someone or it may make someone 'who is dying' happy!People come there with a hope.Please don't make us feel "dejected" and "helpless".
We have to truly love the job we have been blessed, other wise we'll always be rude to everyone we meet.
Such a disheartening experience...

Good hospital,with nicest staffs and doctors, the doctors are well behaved, and also the staffs too, prices for doctor fee, tests are all reasonable.

Great hospital, beautiful and spacious campus. The hospital charges are lesser than many private hospitals. I found the staffs to be helpful and kind!

Poor IP pharmacy have to line up wait for an hour's to get a medicine. I don't know why they have two pharmacy counter and use only one.
