The Doctor and the staffs were good and friendly but please be careful while buying medicine from the attached pharmacy.. I had a bad experience.. I was given an unusable nasal spray and I came to know only in that night and went along with the receipt to exchange it the next day, but I was denied saying either it was my fault or defect from the company & the customer has to lose for the defect.. I had to buy a new 1 from another pharmacy, it cost another Rs. 310/-.. it's not just the matter of money..

Shija Hospital is very renowed, well equipped hospital in Manipur. But I didn't expect this hospital employ such an unprofessional, rude doctor like Dr. Niteshore (ENT Surgeon). Being a Consultant he need to learn how to speak softly to the patient and patient companion, he needs relaxation techniques, anger management skill. Hope this will help in his future. Very bad doctor, Horrible.

Ill equipped , understaffed, unprofessional doctors and nurses. Only the receptionist was friendly and professional.

Management should be ashamed of their ill practices. It's just like running a private money minded firm. Un-punctual staffs, doctor, nurses and attached pharmacy is just for name shake. It's like running a scam.
