I had no problem with the doctor. He was kind and professional.
The problem was with the staffs and nurses.
Am wondering if they're trained as to how to treat the patients or customers.
No energy, looked confusing and real tired.
Either the hospital need to give them enough time for themselves or they need to be proactive in what they do.
Am a person who visit hospital in and out of the city, but never ever had I experienced what I had experienced in remedy hospital.
Below are my points to consider for on of the worat service rendered by especially the counter staffs:
1) The counter staffs doesn't seem to have knowledge of what they are doing. Either they are too lazy, too flexible or relax to try to do their job. Not professional at all. A big fat NO for me.
2) Patiest having a high Bp was well written on the consulting paper, yet these nurses came one by one on different time to again check the BP, and everyone would say, "oh! has it been checked, by who?" - Which clearly stated that, they didn't not bother to read what doc had to say about the patient on the paper.
3) Who gets admitted for corn surgery in the hospital unless the doctor mentioned it?
Yet these nurses was trying to arrange a bed for us. We objected even my aunt.
They said, but it's a surgery.
My goodness! We had told them several times no bed admission. Should they don't believe in us or needed some clarification, why not ring to the doc and get exact information they needed?
They look real confusing to me.
4) Wait time for private hospital was too long. We were exhauted to wait and wait and wait forever. No information, when, how.. nothing. Zero tolerance
Most importantly:
The counter staffs were so so pathetic, carried fat attitude. Who are they?
Are they even trained how to greet or behave with patients and customers? Or onky cared about collecting the money. That's it?
Sent me to 3rd floor saying, nurses will take care of it, no need of registration paper. I went, then nurses told me to get the paper, I climbed down, took and went up. During the surgery, telling me to go to drug store- get this and that.. went up. Then send me down again to to get...
Once the surgery was over, nobody came to tell my aunt how to follow the prescription which would have been nicer if any one of them could have shown they care for the patient. Wonderful!
When I went down to the counter to make the payment. I am expecting that it should include my bill along with the consulting papers(as now I needed to give the medicine accordingly)
I asked the counter man, where is the prescription paper, he said
All the papers were with the nurse. He told me to go ask for it, without hesitation I went. Then, this nurses told me to go to counter.
I was being sent round here-there with no knowledge where exactly was my prescription with.
I said I will only pay the bill when I get all the papers that I needed.
Staffs's attitude was something I would have slashed off thier face if I was their surpervisor.
They said, before they handover me the prescription, I need to pay else I migbt run away without make the payment.. f*****
I reacted on this for accusing me, the staff told me to "Get Lost". Really?
Can't imagine how they employed thks type of person and expect patients to have a good experience.
I will go and tell all I know not to go here ever again
Worst experience...
Had there been 0 to rate, that would be great.
Pathetic!
