Very mediocre customer service. My parents and I went there for a check up in the evening on 31 Oct 2016. Even though we reached there before 5pm and were 5th on the list, we were made to wait for over two hours. Our turn never came and after the 7th patient was called, we registered a strong protest with the receptionist and decided to leave the hospital. They offered to return the cost of registering. I almost refused because it was too insulting. But my mum chose to gracefully accept the refund. I am not speaking ill of them but jist narrating what actually happened. My friend also asked me not to go there. But now I have experienced it first hand. I strongly suggest people avoid this hospital until they mend their ways. What a total waste of time.

I took my aunt for corn surgery.
I had no problem with the doctor. He was kind and professional.

The problem was with the staffs and nurses.
Am wondering if they're trained as to how to treat the patients or customers.
No energy, looked confusing and real tired.
Either the hospital need to give them enough time for themselves or they need to be proactive in what they do.
Am a person who visit hospital in and out of the city, but never ever had I experienced what I had experienced in remedy hospital.

Below are my points to consider for on of the worat service rendered by especially the counter staffs:
1) The counter staffs doesn't seem to have knowledge of what they are doing. Either they are too lazy, too flexible or relax to try to do their job. Not professional at all. A big fat NO for me.

2) Patiest having a high Bp was well written on the consulting paper, yet these nurses came one by one on different time to again check the BP, and everyone would say, "oh! has it been checked, by who?" - Which clearly stated that, they didn't not bother to read what doc had to say about the patient on the paper.

3) Who gets admitted for corn surgery in the hospital unless the doctor mentioned it?
Yet these nurses was trying to arrange a bed for us. We objected even my aunt.
They said, but it's a surgery.
My goodness! We had told them several times no bed admission. Should they don't believe in us or needed some clarification, why not ring to the doc and get exact information they needed?
They look real confusing to me.

4) Wait time for private hospital was too long. We were exhauted to wait and wait and wait forever. No information, when, how.. nothing. Zero tolerance

Most importantly:
The counter staffs were so so pathetic, carried fat attitude. Who are they?
Are they even trained how to greet or behave with patients and customers? Or onky cared about collecting the money. That's it?

Sent me to 3rd floor saying, nurses will take care of it, no need of registration paper. I went, then nurses told me to get the paper, I climbed down, took and went up. During the surgery, telling me to go to drug store- get this and that.. went up. Then send me down again to to get...
Once the surgery was over, nobody came to tell my aunt how to follow the prescription which would have been nicer if any one of them could have shown they care for the patient. Wonderful!
When I went down to the counter to make the payment. I am expecting that it should include my bill along with the consulting papers(as now I needed to give the medicine accordingly)
I asked the counter man, where is the prescription paper, he said
All the papers were with the nurse. He told me to go ask for it, without hesitation I went. Then, this nurses told me to go to counter.
I was being sent round here-there with no knowledge where exactly was my prescription with.
I said I will only pay the bill when I get all the papers that I needed.

Staffs's attitude was something I would have slashed off thier face if I was their surpervisor.
They said, before they handover me the prescription, I need to pay else I migbt run away without make the payment.. f*****

I reacted on this for accusing me, the staff told me to "Get Lost". Really?

Can't imagine how they employed thks type of person and expect patients to have a good experience.

I will go and tell all I know not to go here ever again
Worst experience...

Had there been 0 to rate, that would be great.

Pathetic!

Though a private hospital, the hospitality is even more worse than a government hospital. The staffs were so unprofessional. During the middle of a ultrasound they were giggling away browsing the phone. The power supply was also erratic during the ultra sound. The place is also dirty. The costs isn't any different to other more posh hospital. Got infections for two weeks at the place where they injectected.

This hospital suggested operation even when there is future delivery date, all they care is about money. They don't work for the welfare of the patient, I suggest you avoid this type of private hospital who loot public money in the name of philanthropy. As far as I know hospital should work as philanthropist and care for the wellness and betterment of patients and society. Besides, they will accept only cash where there is high chance of tax avoidance and generating black money.

I will never visit the hospital anymore. Why on earth should one cheat on people who come for treatment. Gynae opd nurse cheated me badly. I was charged rs 1700 for fertility treatments injection. Well I was ready to pay for whatever their costs. She was to give me the injection, but it was just an action, she tried to inject, but actually it was was not injected. I could not feel anything,. I know she had cheated me, so I tried to go away without paying but she reminded me so I paid the bill for nothing. What business is going on among the doctors and nurses. This shocking incident stopped me from visiting this hospital. And I'll never try to visit there again
