Do not refer the patient untill its extremely critical even if the case is out of their control. My granda ma was treated incorrectly...no proper care n mwdicatmedwas given to her....she was referred to another hospital when she met with tha heart attack and then they started to panic since nobody bothered till then...even the Doctor was not ready to attend her when she got the attack...
Not the doctor from other hospital comments on theri treatment stating incorrect and unreliable medicine was given to her.

Very slow process, i came for medical test regarding RRB recruitment and it took me 2 whole days for the required tests, doctors and staff are arrogant. Doctors will be available for 1- 2 hrs during the whole day.

There is a counter for the family here, but no one sits there. Not working any one on counter no 2 - on 7 jun day

I visited many times this hospital but everytime I found that the behaviour of doctors and staff members are not good enough to meet the requirements of visitors. Hospital staff members are not supportive in nature hence anyone who visits 1st time this hospital may face many problems. Excluding some exceptions my overall experience at this hospital was not so good. I think, the administration must focus on this issue. The government offices and hospital must be supportive and helpful to every Indian citizen.

Worst hospital...! Staff is quite Rude to people accompanying patients, Treatment is average however the people accompanying patients are treated badly and disrespectfully.

The Doctors and the Paramedical staff are the best and they provide their best of best services to the benefaceries attending the Divisional Railway Hospital Nagpur.
