Went to consult with Dr. Pranjal Patil for my grandparent. Doctor’s friend was sitting with him. He was talking with his friend while consulting us. This is unprofessional. You should keep privacy of patient’s health info. Also he didn’t come on time.

Hospital management not good. Staff also very arrogant. Not provide any facility for payments.. they forced to pay in cash. No ac pay no UPI pay no cheque, only cash. If we ask some questions about payment facilities then they says, "we are not free to listen your queries." Wahh..
