Good facility created in Satara. However many processes used here are not customer friendly. Patients relatives are not on horizon of hospitals authorities. Almost no care of this class is considered. Very less transparency on various tastes carried out for patients

Good hospital with facilities and doctors are also available in serious condition. Medical and other staff like nurses are co operative.still there is a need to change or increase the area for patients relatives to stay there is shortage of space.limited area...need to increase it and the hospital should affordable for each person..the fees taken should minimised otherwise it is an Excellent one.

I have an experience of almost 3 years with the Doctors and the staff here during my dialysis days. Everyone here really helped and cared a lot for me.
Starting with my consultant, Dr. Pradeep Ghadge Sir is indeed a great person, down to earth, caring & supportive and always ready to treat and help his patients in every possible way at any odd hour. All other Doctors and RMOs are also very co-operative. My experience with the hospital staff here has also been nice. They have always been helpful and friendly with me.
I strongly recommend to get treatment from such team of doctors who really care for patients.

they don't have any place for patients family or attendant to seat...staff is very disrespectful and they don't allow to seat on chairs in front of ICU or semi ICU and make people seat on stairs...people are already troubled...

Honest review. MY FATHER WAS ADMITTED IN ICU IN VERY CRITICAL SITUATION. THE DOCTOR TOLD DO MAXIMUM REST BUT AT NIGHT THE LADIES STAFF DO GOSSIPS VERY MUCH (About saree, dresses,etc) due to this patient doesn't sleep well. And the hole staff of hospital doing timepass and don't cooperative. Money is high . Bills are not right. The very much medicine get from hospital medical and they send return to medical and give big bills to you. The one day hospital bill is around 28 to 33 thousand. Very cheap system.

They take the prescription in the medical of this hospital and then they give the bill and prescription after payment. We don't know exactly whether the increased bill is levied or not. There is no transparency in the hospital.
Bill are huge. We admited for 6 hrs and they cost for more then 25k. Avoide if possible.
