This review is for Orthopaedic, Dr.Sahare; I went to him because of chronic shoulder pain hsd since 2011. He didn't even do a proper diagonsis on telling the condition just gave prescription of pain killer & went on with otjer patients. His consultation cost me Rs.200 for prescription of generic pain killer.
He just doing business don't put your health in jeopardy. Go civil hospital, both orthopeadic are well experienced & polite.

This review is for Dr Ujjwala Sahare. I would like to share our experience and let people of this town think twice before consulting her. I myself is a medic (MBBS) so will use certain medical terms. This town is my wife's native and we were expecting a baby. Since her family had some good experience with Dr we decided to deliver our first baby to her clinic. Everything was normal till 8th month but since then she started to have slight increase in BP and decrease platelets. First I thought it could be pregnancy related (gestational thrombocytopenia) but when her BP was constant on higher side and platelets got down below 1 lakh, I got worried for suspected HELLP syndrome. We consulted her but she was so casual about it and said this is normal, we will handle it. 10 days later my wife's water broke with no contractions, we rushed to her clinic, she then said we have to do emergency section and we will require platelets, this town had no any blood bank to arrange platelets apart from govt one and when she realised that it's out of her hand now, she just asked us to refer to Chandrapur (if at one place during 10 day earlier visit, she could have suspected HELLP syndrome and ask us to prepare for emergency section and arrange platelets), this situation of emergency referral wouldn't have come, but this gynae misjudged the diagnosis and was so casual to say your patient has to be referred. Somehow we reached to Chandrapur (with my wife's continuous water leakage). We are blessed with baby girl (on 1st of Oct), both mother and baby doing fine now. But this doctor literally played with my wife's and baby's life. Being a doctor I could manage the platelets and set up for emergency section of my wife, but what if it was a common man with no medical knowledge, it could have been worse. She could be ok with her clinical knowledge when it comes to normal delievery but for obstetrics ( emergency), she doesn't have it, neither she had set up. I would advice the people of gadchiroli to look for hospitals where there are advance facilitis like emergency section set up, NICU with gynecologist of deep clinical knowledge like in the cities of Chandrapur or nagpur. Otherwise if you don't have that financial budget then you have to rely on clinics and doctors of hospitals like Noble hospital. I hope this review would find helpful to those who are planning for their baby. Best luck.
