The Infrastructure is really good. Everything is organised and well maintained. Only down side is the staff. I experienced a rude and unprofessional attitude from the staff, including Drs too.

I think it's a wrong location. Search Hospital is some 20 km east of Gadchiroli.

EXPERIENCE- This is a genuine review to warn aspiring medical and paramedical workers of the mafia like systems of some small-time/ unreputed employers like search. i was promised a senior physician's role with a salary 'slightly less' than market rate by the assistant to the ceo, mr.anoj. in the interview i was offered a job and salary of an intern. RECOMMENDATION- not for routine professionals looking for experience or salary or work (doctors/ nurses/ physiotherapist/ pharmacist etc). Okay if u are in some trouble with the law or are deregistered and can't find work. Even then try suicide/ government service but don't go to search. to get abused by self-centered half professionals. SocialService builds the egos of these people to amazing heights. PROMISES- u are promised bigger salary and work, but the reality is that they want to pay u only an interns stripend. VISIT- they insist on u coming there to visit and do a series of interviews on u. The aim us to derate ur skills and find faults in u so that they can bargain with u. BUSINESS STYLE- mafia-like unprofessional, overdisciplined, family run hospital, 4 doctors from 8 are from same family. AREA- very remote u will get bored in half a day. No real natural beauty there either. LEVEL- primary care level of Healthcare. OVERALL- Poor, dont waste of time, it's not limitless!
