AIIMS, Nagpur (All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur)

The only complaint right now is for Pharmacy they had, as it is a huge campus and daily thousands of patients were there and only 4 counters are there... in that 1 is only for token giver. Only one counter then open from remaining 3.

And worst is one can not return the unused Medicine if you paid from debit or credit card
This needs to improve.

Security is very Good. Helpful always

World class facility in cheapest rate, Dharamshala also available in very less rate..Good connectivity of bus and metro u will get star bus connectivity in campus only

Worst experience, it is completely waste of time and resources.
Hospital management should first get training from IIM for proper utilisation of resources and provide adequate hospitality, guidance and timely treatment to the patients.
Here every time from reception counter to the medical shop, 6-7 times patients have to stand in a que.

This hospital is very good and faithfulness. This is rare one in the city...but stone OT not available this time

Went there with high hopes..
Management is not good. Half the time I spent there was wondering in buildings with token and other half in waiting line.
Half the token counters were unattended (i think that contributed to long waiting lines).
- and plzz there should be something hand wash near snacks counter.
Also there are only 4 medical counters, so one has to wait for nearly an hour to get medicine.
Well I think doctors were nice but they did not had any vacancy in ICU at the time i went there. So please CHECK IN ADVANCE IF THERE IS ICU AVAILABILITY, if you think you will need one..

Best and highly developed infrastructure.

The rate of development is unmatched.

It's a state of art facility setup at Nagpur. It will lead to complete revolution and help strengthen the backbone of medical facilities in Nagpur. It's a huge infrastructure with all advanced facilities and also the quality is one of the best. All at one place will be a help and support not only for the people of Nagpur and Vidarbha region but also for complete central India.
It will really help the people to get advanced medical facility at reasonable price.

Overall a good experience for me at AIIMS Nagpur but giving 4 stars due to many facilities like neurology related MRI or CT Scan not available and some blood tests are also not available here. Dr. Vandana Iyer Madam & Dr. Meghana Madam from ophthalmology department was very much active in serving their patients. Thank you for your help support & advice.
