Horizon Hospital

Good and satisfactory experience. Every team member I came across was very kind and helpful. Did not have any complaints with patient’s treatment as well.
Over the top of my head, I can only think of one problem for which reason I am not giving 5 stars. This would be… Many times we found the staff members to be talking loudly (amongst themselves) in the hallway/at nurse’s station which shouldn’t be happening in a hospital environment.
Nonetheless, this hospital still has my full recommendation.

Had admitted my mother for breathing issues. Right from admission until discharge, every staff took utmost care of my mom. Very well maintained and clean hospital. I would like to thank reception for arranging ambulance and helping with other things.
Special thanks to Physio - Dr. Anandhan, Dr. Vaidya and Dr. Vivek for best treatment that helped her to recover faster. Many Thanks to Horizon Hospital!

Doctors are the best here. Hospital & services are also very good. Only need to have better is billing department they should be more polite & understandable & also cost is quite higher. If we can ignore this, rest all is fine.

Experience was okay. We have taken special room. However, the systems in the room were not working. Support staff is okay, not great. Better approach towards patient is required. There is a room to standardise the processes in patient care. Discharge process was quick and friendly. Overall rating will be 6/10.

Overall Experience was good. Opted hospital for the specialist doctor and Special mention to Dr.Ritesh Gaikwad for the excellent line of treatment. All staff was operative but they need to be more approachable towards patients and cleanliness is maintained very well. I took special room which was okay as per the pricing. Discharge process was quick. Would recommend hospital for the doctor and treatment provided.

Hospital staff and treatment is really very good. Dr Hrishikesh Vaidya and his entire team so concerning,caring and helpful to their patients and patients' relatives. Along with expertise treatment this positivity also encourage and means alot to recover well and to overcome the health challenges.
Reception team security guard all people is very very nice I am really appreciate that. And Dr swetha naik and Dr suchit is very very helpful

Staff was really co-operative. Doctors are very knowledgeable and solved all queries of the patient and family. Appreciate the hardwork they put in the facilities and patient's health. Forever grateful to each one of them at the hospital 🙏❤️

All Hospital staff are very co-operative. Very happy to see such nice people around always smiling & always ready to help. All doctors are available on time. Hospital is well equipped with all medical devices. This is the best hospital in thane.Special thanks to Dr.Sujeet Walunj
