Revival Bone & Joint Hospital

My acquaintance with Mr. Amol Borkar who advised me of Dr. Milind Patil for the treatment of my Right Forearm operation. After getting advise from Mr. Borkar, I visited Dr. Milind Patil's Revival Bone and Joint Hospital at Thane on 18th August, 2020. On that day Dr. Milind Patil personally came and examined my Right Forearm. After examining me, he talked to me very nicely. His kind-hearted words gave me hopes and positivity . He further advised me that I should get admitted on 19th August, 2020. As per Dr. Patil's advise on 19th August, 2020 I was admitted. The staff of Revival and Joint Hospital were very nice and kind with me and to my family. Their hospitality was very good. My operation was performed on 20th August, 2020. At that time, Dr. Milind Patil, Mrs. Patil, Dr. Kulkarni and Dr. Santosh and other Para Medical Staff in the operation theatre did excellent work for realignment of my right forearm. I profusely thank Dr. Milind Patil and his Associate Doctors and staff of the Hospital for taking due care of me till my discharge i.e. 21st August, 2020.

Excellent staff and very professional & experienced doctor with very clean and neet area. Doctor Patil's way of approaching patients is simply amazing which encourages the patient to overcome of any fear at first level of meeting itself. His diagnosis skills and treatment according to it is very effective and assuring for any patient.

I met with am accident and had a severe tibial fracture. The doctor and the staff was very kind and took grate care to make.me feel comfortable. I had a mediclaim and despite being an emergency admission they did not even ask for any money or deposits. My comfort and treatment was their first priority. The staff including nurses, ward boys are very very professional. My surgery was performed successfully and the admin process for mediclaim was also very very smooth. I would like to thank the doctors and the staff at Revival for being so kind

Dr. milind patil is reputed doctor and good in knee suregry no doubt. But his assistant doctors and other doctors who are called for look up after operation in hospital are totally unreliable. My Mothers knee surgery was succesful with side effects and no doctor there was able to cure those side effects. These other doctors must be having big big certifications but not able to identify patients problem. Problem is some thing else and they claim some thing else and start medication for it. Utter nonsense. Finally had to move out to another hospital with plaster still on, where she recovered. On complaining, hospital gives excuses that that all operation has some side effects and doctors nurses teach ethics of not to blame doctors there. For usKnee surgery performed here has given other side effects and has weakened the patient.
This hospital like all other hospital not ready to take the blame on themselves and expert in giving excuses.
Hospital management is worst. Staff has no manners to behave with patients. Operation dates all stacked up to make more and more money. Appointment dates all filled up so much so that it congests the clinics like Mumbai Local trains.
Not so reliable. Try at your risk.

This is one of the hospital which can be categorized as non-financial institute. Approach and attitude of all including doctor, co doctors, nursing staff, coworkers are excellent. All are very cooperative and the things are specified by them clearly. No hanky panky job. Budget never exceed the tentative expenditure projected by them. Worth and value for money.

Recovery of patients is quite good with quality of surgery as well as the moral support given by doctor and supporting staff.

10/12 years ago,My wife had suffering form cervical spondylitis and other doctors suggested me surgery but, Dr Milind Patil sir gave me hope and told it will be treated without surgery and needed just physio and thanks to him for making patient's life surgery free...

Dr. Milind Patil bis really good and makes person comfortable. But the staff or may be one of the nurse whom I spoke to was too rude. I called for appointment at 9am she literally diverted me from one number to another , finally I was not able to take appointment at that time. Some people do spoil the reputation of the hospital.

Doctor is good but administration staff is weak in managing, there is no specific chart for surgery packages even no clarity on insurance sanctions before admission. Its bit difficult to make arrangements of money at last moment.
