The support staff and admin in this hospital are careless- they ask the relatives of patients to get medicine at 11PM in night, their websites are not functional , escalation matrix is not at place.

Whist COVID , an Non-covid serious patient is at stake, lack of clarity and extreme in-sensitive culture. At place like Yavatmal people may not have lot of choices and only way to select "best of least worst"

Pathetic services. Consultants are good, but RMOs are rude and have no sense to speak with patients. Need to seriously train RMOs to commmunicate.

Best hospital in Yavatmal. A very good and intelligent doctors team is there , A very cooperative and friendly doctors as well as staff. Nursing facility is very good. Well Equipped and new technology is also available there and most important it is not expensive . It is very reasonable. Overall my experience is very good.

That place is horrible if possible the level of that hospital is 0 star my experience was terrible receptionist have no manners to talk to other patients they are disrespecting and even receptionist name is Atul he is the worst guy not even Atul all receptionist are bad even after misbehave doctor has taken the receptionist side and said no patient was aggressive that's wrong we trust doctor and doctor is like 2nd god bt it's wrong they are not even said sorry for misbehave even receptionist are threating as I know receptionist should be well mannered bt that guy Atul was worst
