This hospital can be better, if the staff cooperates well with the patient and their problems and acts on time. The hospital is clean and well maintained, the floor staff is a bit slow in providing timely service. Basic in-room facilities like hangers, hot water service, floor mat, bed pillows etc. are lacking. If you have a mediclaim they are too dependent on it and will add all the extra unnecessary things just to get money from your policy. Visit only if you have a Dr. recommendation for this place.

Make sure ASHWANI PANDEY (RMO) So called doctor is not on duty. I wouldn't refer him as doctor at all. Absolutely unprofessional and had no knowledge of what he was doing. Had to take DAMA discharge just because of him.

Pathetic Nurses in the ICU. No responsibility towards the patients. Worst Treatment plus very rude way if talking. High rich class people are allowed to make phone and video calls wherein others are not even allowed to enter and serve food.

I had a very comfortable and caring experience Dr. Vikrant, Dr Ajay & Dr Amol been very kind, pleasant and helpful to me through the whole process and gave the confidence to go through surgery with successful outcome. The nursing and supporting staff is very courteous and takes care of all the minute requirements very well. Would like to thank Ms Heena at TPA for being prompt and patient an helping us through all the documentation work.

Time to time services by Nurses and housekeeping staff. Reasonable Prices.

I went to the hostipal on 28-12-22 to meet urologist Dr. Sunil Patil, he was very helpful and explained evrything in detail and after that i met one of the person for billing purpose since doctor has suggested surgery. The person from billing person told me that he will give me a proper charges tomorrow.ie-29.12.22.
Today i recevied a call from Ms. Heena, the lady has informed me that only stent charges is 80k without the laser surgery and they will add the charges on the day of surgery only. I was shocked how can a only a stent procedure will cost 80k. I asked her again but she was very disintrested to letting me know the clear picture and she was talking in rude manner. She asked me to come to hospital again to discuss the costing, but, i denied for same since it' s my working day.
I again called the lady again and polietly asked her if she is available tomorrow to which she very rudly said that i'm not available tomorrow then i ask her if her senior is availble so i can meet he/she.
To which she mentioned that i can meet any1 from TPA.
I felt that the service should be more co-operative.people are not seating idle to come to the hospital time and again jst to enquire about the charges. You guys can send an email or a WhatsApp msgs for price breakup.
People like me who are already suffering from health issues should not suffer the services like this hence, thought to write an feedback about it.
Ps- people are only seating to charge extra money if u have policy..

Very proactive staff with good set of doctors to respond patient need and emergency. Very happy with overall experience
