Dr. Bansal's Arogya Hospital & Arogya Maa IVF - Best IVF Center in Thane, Mumbai

Best hospital in thane and would also like to vouch 100% in favour of Dr uma bansal. She is one of the best doctor in her field. She is listens everything patiently and also guides the patient very well through the pregnency journey. Also her junior staff, all nurses and all the hospital staff are very well behaved and superb. I personally feel Arogya is one of the best hospital in town. Keep up the good work ☺️☺️

Dr.Uma Bansal is best gynaecologist Doctor.she Is always deal with all patients with positive minds. Her guidance and support helps me to keep myself always positive through out my pregnancy period.All staffs are very co-operative and all time serve you with their smile. Our experience with Dr Uma Bansal is very bad because of following reasons -
1. She is not ready to listen to patient's queries.
2. There is no precautions taken care by her if there are known issues.
3. During urgency she is not available
4. If you take second opinion, she doesn't feel good and not ready to accept the negligence done by her side.
5. Due to above reasons, we have gone through very bad situation and my wife had misscarriage during 14 weeks.
6. If the treatment was given in proper way, we believe that we don't have to suffer with such situations.
7. She was aware the patient's history but took very lightly thought my wife has mentioned the discharge problem at the very first day when she had noticed.
8. Also, she didn't ask to take bad rest while another doctor suggested the same.
9. It seems that they don't care about human emotions but at the same time they want to make money. So it's kind of money making business.
10. Finally, we would never suggest to anyone to chose her as a Gynecologist doctor.

- Visited in 1st day of Sept 21.
- Yes, she conceived after your treatment and hence we started blindly trusted on you.
- We regularly visited as and when you asked us, so your statement 'you never come back' is incorrect, please check your records. in fact, we visited multiple times because of discharge issues.
- Also, my wife spoken to you but instead clarifying her concern you asked her to give me proof of discharge and spoked in unprofessional way.
- Every time you were not ready to listen our concerns and said everything is ok. so there are no option left for us to seek another doctor because discharge frequency has increased
- In spite of that, again i came to your hospital to show what other doctor has prescribed by thinking at least you should understand now and give a proper medication/suggestion. you gave the additional medication on top of what other doctor has suggested but i don't know some how it hurts you because we went to other doctor and your behaviour completely got changed. Also, you didn't forced us to get admitted that means you were stick to you point as everything is fine and i know better then you people.
- Discharge and cramps was continue and we have communicated to your assistant / nurse as your were not reachable but she never asked us to come to hospital, instead she has given the pain killer.
- Again, forgot everything because we wanted to save our baby and visited before the follow-up date with NT scan report - Again you said that everything is fine and there is nothing to worry.
- We trusted on you and very positive that everything will be fine but after a week or so.... my wife started feeling uneasy and having lot of cramps then again called up your hospital but unable to reach you because you don't share your personal number in non-operative hours. then seeking another doctor to get checked what is the problem - then came to know that there is no heart beat after scan and have to do abortion.
- My concern is if everything was ok then how come this happened and if there were risk associated with this pregnancy then why you have not asked us to come on weekly basis to keep monitoring the health of the baby and why the precautionary steps not taken from day one.
- I hope you know, people treat the doctor as similar to GOD and seeking their support to eliminate such risks or issue.
- Note - None of the consultancy done by you is free of cost. Yes, there is only one where you have not taken any fee but i never asked to waive of the fee. it was your decision. Also, please don't treat anyone who has less experience or junior it shows one's attitude how they feel about others.

Dr. Uma ma'am is best to consult. She guides you really well. My situation was complicated but I was assured that everything would be fine. All the staff and nurses are very amiable and supportive. Charges are also economical. Thank you so much Dr. Uma ma'am and Dr. Aprana ma'am for your constant support and guidance. After 8 years of struggle I gave birth to a healthy baby. I am grateful to all the staff members for being always helpful.

Normally in every Indian household after a few years of marriage the same question is asked about the baby, it was happening in our house too .... Although all our reports were normal, we did not have the answer to this question. After that we met Dr. Uma Bansal and started her treatment. It's an honor that My son is born (2022) in the same hospital where I was born (1993), this is only because of trust, responsibility, care that Dr. Uma Bansal provides. It is always incredible to find a Dr. like her ever time we visit she is soft spoken and advises in an excellent manner. It is difficult to find such kind of Drs today.

Dr. Uma Bansal is the best Doctor for maternity. I like the way mam talk with patients, she talks very politely by explaining each and every doubt of patients. She doesn't do consultation in hurry, she takes whatever time patient required.
