Ruby Hall Clinic, Wanowrie

Good Hospital in Wanowri Pune. Very clean. All modernized equipments facilities available under one roof. Doctors are well Qualified & experienced for perfect diagnosis. Staff is very polite & caring.

Today I did my full medical check up at the Ruby Hall, Wanoworie. The experience was excellent. The staff were prompt & attentive. There were too many people who were given appointments but even then it seemed to work well. The hospital was nice and clean.The technicians & Doctors were responsive & good. The parking facility could have been better in terms of area. Sometimes the  constant interrogation by the security at the hospital is annoying though. I would like to thank Ms. Sujita for coordinating and assisting all the patients in a polite and well-spoken manner. She helped organize my appointment and made sure it went smooth. The process was fast and i started receiving the reports one after another, before i reached home.All in all, it was a very good experience. Thanks!!

Had to be here twice weekly for my B12 shots and I found the nursing and counter staff really very friendly and helpful and good natured! Kudos to Ms. Geetika for the soft skills inculcated. Very comforting and reassuring especially if ones hospital visit is a matter of fear or anxiety...

Physio dept. -Well equipped with wide range of equipments to cater all ailments. The doctors n staff are sincere, painstaking & affectionate. Their attitude is encouraging. Department atmosphere is lively and comfortable.

Physio Dr Amreen is active, energetic and dedicated towards her profession. She performs her duties sincerely and confidently. Patients get satisfaction with her way of treatment. She works with cooperation. She has fine nature

Excellent Service!! Visited today morning their Radiology section for my mother's (Age 70 yrs) ultrasound.

There was a confusion from our side as appointment was mistakenly booked with Main Ruby Hall instead of Wanowarie, but Ms. Nivedita Patil madam from Radiology desk was considerate towards the situation and helped us by accommodating at last minute and showing flexibility.

Special thanks to her for quickly resolving the issue and saving us the troubles.

I have been a Ruby Hall user for many years. The hospital and doctors are good, but the administration is poor. Especially pathology lab and the report generation. Every time you have to follow up at least 5 times to get a report on emails. No one knows what tests have been completed and what not, or which reports have been emailed and which not. Administration needs to buckle up.

The service of Doctor Harshavardhan is excellent & the hospital is very much hygienic. Due to lacuna of in house staff/ward nursing service I could not give 10 points which should be improved to be effective by internal management.
Yet I will recommend to the others to visit this hospital.
