Rising Medicare Hospital

One of the bestest hospital in pune. Best doctors staff nurse staff everyone is just beyond helpful.I had normal delivery here in april 2022 if you are first time mom and worried about your delivery and all this is the best place you should visit. Dr Meghna giri is so helpful and great in nature as well in simple word’s she is perfect person u should have your delivery.Also dr nilesha and dr mahek both are the best u can ask for i had great experience there I felt like I was in great hands.Dr Sumedh Giri is also so kind and helpful he and his team Dr Akshita and dr Nadeem they took very good care of my baby and I am always Grateful to have them as my and my baby doctor

We would like to thank all the doctors and staff at Rising Medicare Hospital for the services they provided. Each small need was met with great attention to detail. The doctors explained each medication. The nursing and support staff was very friendly and always attentive.

Billing Department is a complete mess. I went for a small surgery and estimated cost was 7-8k. The ask you to pay in advance before surgery. I paid 7k and got admitted and got the surgery done. Paid extra 3k for pharmacy. During discharge they have given me a bill of ~4.2k along with pharmacy bill of 3k and told me that there is refund of ~2.8k which i will get in 2 days, even got the ECS refund form filled.
I waited for 3 days there was no call from hospital finally i called them and to my surprise the Billing Department person Mr Kunal Kale told me that there is no refund on my bills and complete payment is adjusted under surgery. They cancelled my refund and didn't even care to inform you about anything, same is during appointment booking also i waited for 3 days to get an appointment. Charges printed in second bill is completely different from first, will be difficult to reimburse.

My suggestion is to stay away since their communication and billing process is not very clear. There are good hospitals around just search them.

Admitted my mother with UTI and severe pain. Doctor Vinod Bharati was very co-operative and very quick to take decisions on next steps of treatment.Within few hours of admission , the pain subsided considerably and all required tests were performed quickly. The hospital is very neat and clean and the staff is extremely cordial and co-operative.
Thanks to doctor and his whole team that my mother was completely cured in 4 days.

It was a very very comfortable experience while I visited Rising Medicare for Baby Delivery process.

I can say here is a better coordination,cooperation and dedication in all staff members and patient.

I will suggest everyone to visit here if any one is in search of a best Hospital .

They don't bother maintaining basic hygiene.
Administration is clueless about how things function. They charge you for things you did not buy. Do check your bill properly. And be prepared to wait an eternity to get your bill cleared. It's very frustrating. Doctors don't come on time.

Wonderful experience with the hospital and staff. This is our first pregnancy and we have visited multiple times and have been very happy with the response, guidance and care. We must mention Dr.Vinoad Bharrati, who is one of the most gentle and approachable doctor we have ever met. He is very patient and explains everything in detail. He also doesnt overprescribe or try to do unnecessary tests. With him we feel in secure hands.
We also must thank Mehek and team, who were always there to answer any question we had, be it over phone or in person.

I visited for my first pregnancy, delivered our baby here.
Doctors are good, especially Dr Vinoad Bharrati (yes, this is the correct spelling of his name) , Dr Snehita, Dr Shraddha helped a lot. They made sure delivery is smooth, I have undergone C- Section.

Hospital charges are very high, we had bad experience with billing department, they will make you suffer (*even if you pay off everything they asked). For c- section they kept us for 2.5 days in hospital and charged 1.25 L in total approximately.
